DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS TO THIS PLACE!!!I dropped my cat off for a shave, nail trim and flea dip only to be called 20/30min later saying I needed to pick her up as soon as possible because she has fleas and will not let them bath her. I understand it is out of anyones control if the pet is uncooperative but to have to pick her up like this and then being told she is infested with fleas to the point where she is needing to see the vet was a bit of a stretch. Clearly you can see in the pics she is not and to add to it they cut her. To add insult to injury they changed me $50.75 plus tip (no area to not leave one. Note the total fee for all services would've been $79.99) for this botched job. I don't mind paying a fair price for trying but i feel $50 plus tip is a little excessive. I called back and spoke to the owner, Barbara, who was not very understanding or accommodating. She went on to say anyone in town would've charged me the same and she did the best she could. In my opinion this is very poor customer service, not once did she say "I'm sorry", it was just i did my best and thats all i can do and the charge is the charge. Maybe they just need to stick with dogs because obviously cats are not their strong suit.

Prince looked great and it was my 1st time at sitt'n pretty. But when a woman said to me "you have a great groomer" I looked at her funny and she said "I'm a groomer", I was pleasantly surprised and knew Alyssa was gonna be a winner for Prince and his future

Be aware the pricing has changed. I came to drop my Goldendoodle off at her appointment (had to take off work to bring her in), and was informed at the check-in they now charge $100 per hour, and that it could take 2 hours to groom dogs over 40lbs. I have never paid over $115 for my dog to be groomed. $200 + tax is not ethical. I had to take my business to another establishment. Sorry.

We’ve taken our golden doodle here a couple times and they do a great job. So why the mediocre review? They increased the price between our first and second visit. We were okay with that because it was worth it. Today we get a call that they are shifting to an hourly rate of 100 dollars an hour. Really? How does that make sense? So you can just take your time and we pay more? They estimated it could cost us up to 400 dollars to get our dog groomed. You’re good, but not that good. Maybe I’m naive and that’s the going rate but I would rather learn to groom my own dog for those prices.

I have had a very difficult time finding a good groomer and let me tell you this place is the one!!! Barbera did amazing on my Boys Scruffy and Franky, and for the first time every my Boys left HAPPY!!!! Not only did they do a wonderful job they also worked with me on a personal situation. Thank you guys so much! Can't wait to take them back!

I can't possibly say enough positive about Sitt'n Pretty! The staff is wonderful, kind, and the owner went out of her way to take care of our pup. She went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to shave him, even though he was very matted, and he came home so handsome! Best grooming we have found in Waco!!

This was Benjamin's first groomer appointment and they were so easy with him and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. They're nail trimming is on point! Apparently Benjamin serenaded them while waiting for me to pick him up! Great service! Thank you!

My parents, siblings and I all took a trip this past weekend. Between us all, we have 10 dogs. I called about a month in advance to schedule boarding. I’ve used this place for grooming and they always are so kind and do such a great job, I figured their boarding would be great too. They proved me right! The ladies who helped us when we dropped off were so kind and did great with our dogs. On the day of pick up, I text back and forth with the owner about the time we would pick up and also asking how the dogs were doing. She gave me a run down of each individual dog and she nailed every single one of their personalities and behaviors. This just proved to us how attentive she and her staff must have been with them. When we picked up the owner was so kind to all of us and we could tell how much she cared for our dogs. We will definitely be using them again. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends for grooming and boarding. Great experience!

They were fantastic. Good cat groomers are few and hard to find. I called Sitt'n Pretty and scheduled an appointment. Barbara did an excellent job on our long haired cat. We have her trimmed twice a year to avoid matting. We went a little too long because we couldn't find anyone that would do cats. Very friendly and courteous service. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I took my little toy poodle on Friday May 14, 2021. He came out very happy and wasn't at all stressed. He was running around and was just awesome. I loved that Barbara took her time with him. She did a great job and cut on him! He smelled nice. Love this place . Was even more fun with treats, toys, collars, and extras for your fur baby. My favorite groomers in Waco/Hewitt area.

I'd taken the dog several times. Generally the dog enjoys being groomed. But I noticed he started balking at the thought of going back with them. I didn't listen to the dog, the balking got worse, until the last time I took him I was informed that he bit one of the groomers and they had to muzzle him, and they charged me an extra handling fee. I was livid, because I know my dog and he's not going to bite unless he's got a good reason. When I got home and took a good look at him, I understood the reason. His nails were badly chopped up and a couple of them had even bled. Needless to say, we're not returning. Listen to your pets...if they become hesitant to do something they previously enjoyed, there's a reason!

We love Sitt'n Pretty grooming! We take our very old poodle to be groomed and they do a wonderful job with her. She looks and smells so pretty when we pick her up. My son took his 2 big dogs and they also were so soft and smelled so good. The staff is great and so very nice.

Even a plumber or an electrician will give you an estimate. Last time it was around 85. Said it would be 100 to 400 depending on how long it took. You do a good job but I will go elsewhere from now on

I have a pretty difficult time getting my dog's nails done; it's anxiety for all parties involved. Since coming to Sitt'n Pretty though, that's been a thing of the past. Quick and painless, nails down in 5 minutes. Highly recommended

Went because of the good reviews, will be back because of the great experience! My dog is 4 1/2 and had never been professionally groomed. He was absolutely terrified but they did an amazing job with him and he looks & smells great!

Do not go anywhere else!! We've searched high and low for good groomers and these folks are the ones. They take care of our two fur-balls and ensure a quality experience every time. Most groomers have always just shaved our dogs and said "here yah go" This is not the case here. Our pups always look great and are very happy when we pick them up. These folks do not disappoint!

I would definitely recommend this place to any person who loves to pamper their furry family members. This was my first time leaving my two boys and they have such a friendly staff so I definitely felt at ease leaving my pups. The staff at Sittin' Pretty not only do an AMAZING job on our 2 Great Pyrenees, but my pups are not scared to go in or stressed out when I pick them up. This speaks VOLUMES, and always how I judge whether or not we will return. Both are rescues with highly abusive and traumatic pasts and the staff are beyond kind and caring 💞

I've been taking my Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier to Barbara and her team at Sitt'n Pretty for grooming and boarding for years now. She gets groomed perfectly each time! I know when dropping her off for any services, she'll be taken care of and I'll be happy when I pick her up.

The ladies were very nice & had an option so my never groomed German Shepherd could get her nails done. They eased my anxiety about it & did a great job trimming my 2 dogs nails! Will definitely use them again!

Took my dog in for just a nail trim and they did a fantastic job. He is not a fan of nail trims and they said they would do the best they could and let me tell you they did that. Very nice and clean also.

This was our first time in bringing Bella to Sitt’n Pretty Grooming. In the past Bella’s been a real challenge when being groomed. We couldn’t be more happier with the results. The staff was very personable and Bella took to them immediately. They were able to properly groom Bella and she looks awesome. They definitely are a five star business.
