Good selection of merchandise and unlike TSC, mostly in stock. Larger offerings and more items on hand. Live plants could have looked a little better but still wide variety of plants and fruit trees. Lumberjack pellets best price anywhere.

THIS IS ABOUT THE DISTRICT MANAGER!!! GET HER OUT OF THERE!!! As a costumer who loves atwood's and the atmosphere it provides, was furious to hear The DISTRICT MANAGER cussing and screaming at the employees! She used an insane amount of profanity and some of the employees looked to be in high school. She made one of the employees walk out crying. AS A MANAGER YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT!!! This is not the first time i've seen her do this. STOP THE UNNECESSARY ABUSE TOWARDS THE WONDERFUL AND AMAZING ATWOODS EMPLOYEE!!! Do better atwood's!!!!!

I went in to look for a tool box for my truck and couldn't decide which one to get due to the equipment in the bed of my truck and needed a tape measure to figure it, out one of the employees asked if he could help me I explained the situation to him he simply handed me his tape what a big help that is how to help a customer!

From out of town decided to go shopping bought an 80$ pair of jeans that the security tag was never removed from which I didn’t notice till getting back home (3hrs away). It was the assistant manager who checked me out, pay attention to your items!

Just went to Atwoods in Hewitt to explain i purchased a protein tub for my goats and the tub was old and no good, Goats would not touch it, spent $44.00 and Atwoods stated they dont except returns on these items of food for animals. They just LOST a value Customer who shops there alot. Bad Customer Service

Nice selection of Ariat products and the prices are competitive to others. Catch the sales and you can pick up some really nice stuff cheap. Like the popcorn in the morning and some of the specials are good too. Nice selection of ammo.

Selling food OUT OF DATE. No price tags on MANY items. Staff is very courteous but UNTRAINED, need NEW management that actually TRAINS its employees. Gun guy knows his stuff. I like the merchandise...when I can find a price tag

Had small issue with free extra battery with Dewalt grease gun purchase. Manager made inquiry, and yes he had the extra free battery waiting at the counter. Great store good manager.

Our favorite farm store! Lots of fun things to buy! We get our jelly and other kitchen items at a really reasonable prices. The dogs also enjoy shopping at Atwoods, they appreciate the selection of treats and toys!

This was my first time shopping at Atwoods and it was very draining. The few employees there at the time were not very knowledgeable and didn't really have a friendly welcoming attitude. I was buying materials for my ranch so I asked them about the tax exemption. They told me the process would take about 15-20 minutes. This is very frustrating because Tractor supply doesnt have a wait like that or any other place I shop. Whatever excuse they have all their competitors are doing it better period. Instead of 15-20 minutes I waited 30-40 minutes to buy what I needed. On the positive side they did have what I needed but will probably only go back if I have to.

Very helpful staff. Dave the manager is great and really worked hard to help me get the right mower. They have a great selection with great prices. Only store in town that carries 16 Gauge shotgun shells. This is probably my favorite store.

Nice location and super easy. The staff here are AMAZING. My only complaint is that I have bought several items here that have had mold on them. I buy hay for my meat rabbits. The hay at Atwoods is almost always moldy. I used to get bagged kettle corn here, but the last two times, it was moldy. Still a great fsrm store, just dont get food items here.

Bought some chick's and wanted some laying hens. Laying hens are in one cage labeled "assorted" $5 apiece. God only knows what I got. Bought 4. Quess time will tell.

This is like my 3rd Review . That's how impressed I am with these guys. We fit respectively 6 bakes of hay into my Honda civic like Jenga stix and not once a complaint .love the guys who load my hay, they are the best and one of the two reasons I get all my hay here .#2 it's just good hay. Everytime not sometimes . EverytimeThey even had to jump my car one night. I stopped going to buzbees cuz they were so rude and tried to make me accept moldy hay. These guys on the dock have made me feel like a valued customer every time I just love these guys and my picky horse who always finds flaw in his supply of hay has never once turned down the hay Ive gotten from here.

Lazy az Manager is the worst, I've been coming since the opening day because it was closer than tractor supply. After dealing with her rudeness me and my friends and neighbors will be going back to tractor supply. Smh, or until Karen is gone.
