It's Walmart. What do you expect. I'll give three stars because the staff aren't too helpful. One lady acts like it's a problem to help me locate an item. I'm NOT from here, I do NOT know your stores layout. However some staff are nice and are helpful with self checkout. They never have any other cashiers in actual lanes. I'll have to give it a fair 3 stars.

Smaller Wal-Mart but great friendly staff work here. They are always kind and helpful. Way better than the Amarillo stores!

Went there on Sunday before 12 noon store was under stocked eggs were picked through and prices were raised everything was to high produce was under stocked and none existed all meats are over priced nothing but self checkouts while employees were standing around earlier I purchased a TV antenna that was repackaged and broken and when I tried to return it the manager was rude and didn't believe me

Came to the Walmart in Hereford, TX due to some jackhole tried to burn the Clovis, NM one done. The store was BIG, clean fully stocked. Amazing prices and a gang of clearance items. The bathrooms were spotless, clean and smelled good. And random associates walking by would say hello and all had smiles on their faces. It was weird cuz it ain't nothing like that in Clovis OR Portales, NM. Kudos to Herefird, TX,

Thought I could stop quickly at Walmart to pick up a few small items. Tweezers, a small mirror and a candy bar. No price on the tweezers, but they were the Equate brand. Assumed they would be inexpensive. They rang up almost 9 dollars! I ring up my stuff at the self-checkout I was directed to. Put my card in, approved, remove my card..the screen flashes error and cannot proceed. No receipt. Walmart rep comes to assist and rings all the stuff up on the adjacent checkout. I pay. Again. She says I'm good to go, and I ask if I've paid twice for the stuff. She doesn't know. I check my accout, billed twice. She hands me off to customer service and the ordeal continues. Another 15 minutes of waiting to get the charge reversed. All in all well over a half hour to pop in for jjst a few small things. Their point of sale system is terrible.

Never many or any cashiers at checkout and forget it if you need assistance! Waited half hour at camping to get into a locked cabinet and have waited just as long in jewelry and the locked fragrance counter as well. On the plus, it's clean inside n out, no runaway carts or trash in parking lot. The employees working sections on the floor are very nice also.

Great location for the area. A bit disappointed that many brands of food are not sold here and your choices are limited. However, Walmart always comes through in the end.

I live in AZ and this Walmart Location assisted me in placing a delivery order to some relatives in Hereford. Thank you Marco from Customer Service and Gabriel from the Delivery Department. Worst service in the automotive department I have ever experienced told me 1hr and 1/2 to get an oil change so me and my wife think that is pretty reasonable then the hour and half gets done . I ask if my truck is ready guy that helped me kept making excuses like of I haven't been here all day. We only have 2 guys. And so on the tells me another 45mins to an hour for my oil change. Then I asked where the communication break down happened. Because I was told hour and half now it's gonna be 2 and half hours total. And then they look at me like I'm an a$$hole..

Eh, when you live in the back-end of beyond and it takes a 12 minute drive just to get gas, Walmart is a true help: good quality groceries, automotive, and housewares at fair prices. Helps folks in the boondocks conserve gas. And that's a good thing I think.

Absolutely LOVE to be able to shop online, pick up your stuff and head home, usually on the same day. It's always super quick once you pull up and the kids taking your items have been super nice & respectful.

No semi parking but overnight RV parking available by the gas station.Good selection of items. RV supply aisle and water refill.Not too much room but useful while waiting for a spot to open at aquatic center RV area.

Pulled my truck in there to get a few things today. No semis allowed so I left. We are people too and need things like everybody else. It's nice to be told to eff off with a sign. I hope you get to heaven before the devil knows you're dead. I'll go elsewhere.

I forgot to pickup a sack of groceries when I hat shopped at the Walmart in Hereford,Texas.The cashier not only make a note and took the sack to customer service.When I had realized I had left the sack at 10.01 am . It was after 12 noon . I called told them I had my receipt and I got connected to Mrs or Miss Marco. She went Way Beyond the expected. Looking for my purchase she found it and told me to come in that my stuff would be in the office waiting for me before I returned fro the doctor. What a great 2 people to work at Walmart. I really appreciate the professional attention to my needs. Thank you girls

The store is fine, almost always stocked, good quality produce, etc. I wish they had a self-serve nuts, seeds, and mixes section like Albertsons.Front bathrooms need attention. I go there about once a week usually during peak days but I've almost always seen the bathrooms rather messy (water splashed/puddled on the floor, paper towels out/on the counter and wet, foot prints from water and shoe traffic). Some of the locks on the doors need attention and if I remember correctly, the toddler chair in the handicapped bathroom had been broken for months/years.
