Overpriced by far. I purchased one item while I was there and was overcharged from the shelf price and had to show the cashier before getting the real price. Watch every purchase diligently. They sell lots of out of the country made junk. I wish it had a good manager that would turn this place around. We need that in Hereford but for now can certainly do without this place

They only had one cashier on duty. She was doing the best that she could, but they should've had more on duty. They had staff on hand for 2 employees to sit outside on the fork lift, but not enough to handle the long line of customers.

Almost a Man Cave, with western clothing, tac, plus all kinds of do-it-yourself tools and books, along with welding machines and air compressors, plus speciality hardware, like hitches, hinges, metal stock. You broke something, you can find what you need to repair it at TS.

Do not recommend filling your propane at this store due to manager Bill having a problem with people's color and filling up your propane half way again due to your color. Treats people like delinquents by checking reiciet front, back, up, and down treating you like a deliquent once again due to your color.

Tractor Supply's ground work brand is not worth purchasing. I wanted an orbit sprinkler however they were out of stock so I went with the ground work brand and it won't even change direction because it's so cheaply made. Seems Tractor Supply tries to beat competitors price but they do it by lowering the quality. I would rather pay more for an item that operates correctly than less for an insufficient item. I think the store should carry more name brand products. Lastly, the Hereford location does a poor job of restocking items. On many occasions it's not uncommon for them to be out of a various items for months, but you can drive to the Amarillo store and find the same item with plenty of back stock. The bolt and nut storage is so unorganized you can't find anything even if it was is stock.

I whent to buy a trailer jack wheel and it didn't bring the bolt. I ask for help to buy it on the store and the lady just say we don't haven it and before a say anything she just keep walking. I think that was a bad service. I know they have it beacause I was infront of them just need the correct length.

Terrible service, horrible attitudes, absolutely no inventory, ever. Staff is not knowledgeable about anything in their own store. If I could give a negative rating I would give it a -5. (Only reason I go there is because everyone else was closed and was hoping for a miracle.)

Great place no line. I just went in for some T-posts nobody bothered me they just let me get what I wanted and get out. Friendliest hardware store I've been to. Ten of ten would recommend.

Horrible experience.... drove all the way from Clovis to buy an item that was supposed to be ready and assembled.. ended up driving home with a box instead. No sorry no offer to fix the situation.. won't make this mistake again
