The poorest excuse of customer service a person can experience. Staff visiting with friends and act as though customers are interrupting. Unknowledgeable, zero effort to find the item you’re needing, and just plain painful to deal with. If I could give negative stars I would.

I only go here if I HAVE to due to the products usually being over priced. If I need a specific bolt size they will likely have the coarse thread for it. The lawncare/pest section is always stocked and ready. The wood is hyper inflated, staff is always friendly but not always knowledgeable on stocked product location or availability. Some real gems if your willing to look long

Not an official Ace Hardware store Ace members don't get to benefit from rewards or discounts at this location. The service they run their transactions are run through Lowe's groceries. Also plants and live trees are sold as regular merchandise subject to taxation. Customer service is great.

Had a starting problem with a leaf blower. General manager set fuel and etc. . Now it starts and runs better than new. Great job. Service was great. Great store lots of hdwe and etc.

This store will not do what they need to to help those at risk for Covid 19. I ordered a part that ended up being the wrong one, they would not work it out over phone. So I had to keep wrong part and order one from Amazon. I will not go back.

i love ace hardware ever since i worked at it but stuff has change now that the new management is on board they reject applications like crazy and most of the employees steal from there and try to sell it online haha i caught a few of them. anyways its a great store wish James Olguin was running it still.
