Took my cat, Sasha, because she was sick and throwing up. She stayed over night.Didn't check her all night gave her back and told me she'd be fine. Sasha died,not long after. But they were super nice.

We are on vacation. Traveling from Chicago to Vegas. We were parked at the golf course in town for the night where my Scottie pup could run around the grounds. There was dry grass that he got into and we brushed him once he was done playing. While brushing him, we noticed a growth. We suspected a tick and tried to remove it but not successful. We thought maybe a cyst or something. I looked for vets in the area and called 385 animal hospital in the morning. They got us right in at 10am. The tech and vet were both SO nice and so helpful. They were really gentle with my puppy- no barking or growling from my pup at all and he usually doesn’t like the vet. They examined him and reported it was an infected gland. Whew. They advised to remove it as it could grow bigger. They said 15 mins and we would be good to go. They removed the growth and cauterized the area. My puppy came to the waiting room wagging his tail and happy. The whole ordeal took a half hour and we were back on the road. $78 well spent for my peace of mind. THANK YOU 385!!! This mama is just so thankful.

Very first time taking my rose to this hospital for shots and to get fixed... I was so nervous if for my rose (dog) but the staff was super friendly and very informative!!! Eased my nurves as well as roses!!! I give 5 out of 5! I do recommend this place!

I highly recommend 385 animal hospital. This is the second time they have literally saved one of my pets lives. They are quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. I will gladly bring all of my animals the hour and a half drive here for their quality veterinary Care from now on.

My tom cat was very ill. Dr Chris and Carly were so very conconcernd and even more polite and respectful. They rushed my baby into treatment within five (5) minutes of entering. They worked with me on paying a bill that consisted of three (3) days hospital stay, numerous treatments, etc....They are "THE GREATEST EVER" I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM FOR ANY family who has beloved pets (extended family)

Dr. Grotegut has been my vet since he took over Dr. Hutto's practice and has taken care of all of my dogs and cats, treating them with skill, kindness, and compassion. His common sense is amazing to find in this day and age and his vet techs are terrific!

Expert care and great customer service! This clinic goes above and beyond. Dr. Grotegut is an excellent vet who has taken great care of our dog, Annie and cat, George. He consistently follows up and even makes house calls when needed. My family and I highly recommend!

Dr. Grotegut has treated my animals (cats, dogs, livestock) for everything from injuries requiring stitches to bacterial infections, as well as routine care including spays, neuters and vaccinations. He provides thorough care and all of my animals are healthy, thanks to his advice and treatment.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! My sister's dog "Lenny" passed away alone in a crate on 3/15/19. He was attacked by a stray dog when the high winds knocked down her fence. They told her he had a chance for survival with surgery and she agreed. She called on Friday, the day he passed, and they said they would call her back with an update. THEY NEVER CALLED OR LEFT A VOICEMAIL. She found out Lenny passed away today, 3/18/19. I called and the receptionist Carly said that Lenny was sent to Amarillo for rabies testing and said they kept his body. Supposedly the vet called my sister and I told her that he didn't, then Carly said he must've dialed the "wrong" number. I'm assuming that he/she forgot and they lied to cover up their mistake. My sister is DEVASTATED.

DO NOT COME HERE my dog was suffering from miyasis and instead of looking at him theya sked to send a pictures and prescribed antibitoics the next day when i called and asked what to do about a huge gaping hole full of magets all they said was too give him a bath
