Stopped by on a trip out of town, and I’m super pleased. Not only was the interior very new and modern eye candy, the tables and floors were clean and fresh to match. We were surprised by how quick the food came out, and the greatness of the food made up for their shakes being unavailable at the time… all is well.The worst part is? I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat a burger without garlic sauce again- their garlic burger was too fantastic. Creamy, buttery, with well seasoned meat- and the veggie toppings I added were all very fresh and cool. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much and have a stellar day!

I have never eaten at Steak and Shake before, this was my first time. I was not familiar with their menu so I ordered a single steak burger, some fries, and a drink. I was not impressed with their steak burger. The meat was flat and greasy, the burger only came with pickles and onions; however, I asked for lettuce and tomato which I did receive. I'm sad to say I did not eat the steak burger I took it home and gave it to my daughter. I did however enjoy the hot shoestring fries and the drink. The atmosphere was calm and quiet because there were no customers. The restaurant was decent and clean; however, I do believe this is my alpha and omega visit meaning this is my first and my last.

I have stopped here many times in the past. It has always been a great place to stop for gas, clean restrooms, and cheap burgers.This time I wish I could give this location zero stars. We placed our order inside but ate in our truck. The inside was dirty. Everywhere I touch was sticky. The employee’s appearance was comparable to a diesel mechanic. The price on their menu is incorrect, prices are different than what they charge you.The food made me sick. My husband’s burger patty had a huge plastic paper. We quickly pulled over for him to throw up. Sad because steak and shake is normally Sooooooooo GREAT;” /

Listen this here burger was made with love from heaven. The staff was a younger crew that night and baby listen 🙌🏾. The burger was piping hot and amazing!Went back again on a different day, different crew and was highly disappointed to say the least. Everything was wrong & we had to repeat the order several time. If that first visit was as bomb definitely would have given 1 star. Hopefully we'll be able to catch the younger gentlemen who assisted us the first visit again. Just mad I didn't follow my first mind and get another burger that night .

I went to the Steak 'n Shake recently for a promotional offer. When I first walked in, I noticed that the floors were cover in sticky substances that made it hard to walk. I then noticed several tables with food and junk still on it, almost as if the customers were too lazy to take them to the trash. Sadly, the staff should have cleaned up a little, especially at the counter where they call the orders for the food. I ordered two milk shakes and paid for them and was then told that they may not make it due to the lack of milk supplies. I wish they would have told me that beforehand. Thankfully, they had enough and I enjoyed my meal.Overall, the service and food were great; however, the cleanliness could be improved greatly.

First time eating hereFood was okTook 5 mins for them to come to window and take payment ,and about 20min for our food.All our condiments were in the bag so that's a plus,but I would suggest giving a fork for the cheese fries as I didn't get one and had to dig my fingers in what little bit cheese was on my cheese fries.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. All we ordered was 2 orders of onion rings and 2 chocolate shakes, and there was nobody else in the restaurant. The onion rings took at least 5 minutes. When they finally brought them out, they said the shakes would be “a couple more minutes “. Why were they not making them, while they waited for the onion rings? 5 more minutes went by, and they finally set them on the counter by the window, but didn’t give them to us. We had already paid, so why not? They sat there yet another 5 minutes, and after we honked the horn, twice, they finally came to the window and gave them to us. It took us nearly 15 minutes to get 2 orders of onion rings and 2 chocolate shakes, and we were the only customers. Unbelievable. I will never stop at this, or any other steak and shake, again.

I was one of three people at this place. I ordered a single burger with pickels only on it. I got my food and the people were friendly, but when I got my food I opened the box my burger was hanging out of my box, and the pickles they had on it was stackable skinny pickles , nasty. Had to take them off. They need to Change to hamburger pickles. French fries were the best, love those. They were fresh and hot. Just need to watch the burgers, the outside of my burger was very burnt. Thank you

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Service was fast and friendly. There was five of us and all of our burgers and fries were great!! The restaurant was clean but the men's room could have used a little attention. Now for the reason of only four stars. The shakes were not good, don't know if it just happen to be all five of ours or what. I have eaten at a few different Steak and Shakes. These were not even close.

I have never been to a steak and shake, I got the bbq bacon burger. The restaurant was clean but the staff seemed bored out of their minds when we ordered. The food was overall good but 2 out of 5 of our orders were messed up in some way. Also some of the dinosaur statues were anatomically incorrect by the Tesla chargers but that doesn’t have an effect on the review.

Every time I come in here this lady either doesn't have gloves on or uses the same gloves to count money then go make a burger with same gloves. I've seen her and the tall cook with the baseball cap touch raw burgers then make a burger bun and all.Someone please teach these people about cross contamination.Last time I asked for a refund this time I just throw the stuff away.It's a guy in here counting tip jar and change then made a customers food.I see why I bypass this steak n shake every time.NastyI remember coming here I asked for ketchup she tried to put on top of my fries I said no put in my hand she told me it had to go in the bag it's like she trying to get people sick .This is the worst steak n shake in the country in my oppinionThe cook always dirty touching raw meat then cooked meat buns and vegetables.He probably don't wash his hands after the restroom.
