Worst Sonic I've ever pulled up into. Food cold and horrible workers methy and dirty. I expect them to be slow because it's a small redneck town, but c'mon! It took 3 attempts to get freaking ketchup, and waited for more cold tots that were supposed to come with the rest of my sorry order. My phone was so disgusted it wouldnt take the photos of the garbage they gave me.If your as unfortunate as I was and find yourself anywhere near Henrietta, skip this place, and any other around here. Just plain nasty.

Every time we come here, no one wants to answer the call button to take our order. Today we visited at 8:50AM, and were the only customers there. We waited for about 5 minutes, and halfway through, pressed the button a second time. No one ever answered us, despite there being an employee there. They could have just told us what was going on, but they didn't say anything to us at all, and we ended up driving off and getting food somewhere else, since our house is without power at the moment, and we couldn't make our own food. And yes, Sonic DID have power, along with everyone else in that part of town.

Customer service was great but the food was baaad.I Was driving thru needing a quick bite to get me on my day.Ordered a corn dog which was hard, cold, and tasted like $£\¥.Cheesy Tots that we’re old and cold.Finally some other little things which I just ended up throwing all away.I just looked at it like donating 15 and some change for employee working hard but I definitely won’t be Stopping here again.

Took over 20 mins to get drinks (only ordered drinks). We ordered sweet teas and they were horrible. Taste as if whomever cleaned the tea erns did not rinse then very well. Taste like it still had cleaner in the ern before they made fresh tea.

Pushed the button. Waited about 15 minutes b4 we left. Only 2 cars in the lot. Disappointed to see 1 employee kinda working and a female employee walking around outside with a headset.Either shor staffedOr they juat dont care.. probably a little of both.

Love the diet cherry limeades. The food was good and the service was good as well. A carhop was outside sweeping the lot, she was doing a good job because it was clean as hell out there. She walked passed and asked how I was. That was nice, brings back those old days where sonic actually did bumper checks. I cant tell you how many time I've gone to a sonic and no number check. I order off the app and live those happy hour prices on the drinks. Keep it up

Overall this Sonic is a decent place to visit. Just always remember to check your food before you leave. They make mistakes often. Also, although this has only happened once, a week or so ago the carhop refused to give my daughter our drinks stating that there were no drinks on the order. They were clearly on there and the receipt was staples to the bag. So just be careful and check everything and you will get a good meal.

Food was as expected and excellent as always (if you like Sonic foods) I used the phone app to order my food and the experience was quick and trouble free.Ordered some cheese stix with my meal and had to ring in after my food was delivered to get some marinara sauce because it was left out.Friendly service.

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered two number ones one no tomatoes with mayo the other only mayo tomato and lettuce. So it's not like it was terribly complicated. Both burgers were wrong and overcooked. Chili on the tater tots tasted scoretched tea was good

Kid's meal chicken was grayish-brown, scalding hot, and tasted of rancid grease. Fries under-done. Good thing toddlers don't have fully-developed taste buds, I guess?

Got 2 small blast..m&m and reese's. Wife said m&m was good but mine(the reese's) only had 2 small pieces of peanut butter on top and some crumbs. Throughout the rest there was just a couple chocolate crunchy pieces in the bottom. $11+ for 2 smalls and then they are stingy!

Terrible as always. They can not make a hamburger. They can cook it just cant put one together. We just order plain and dry and go home and make the way we want it. Sometimes they can not even get that right. They just don't care!

So today we went to Sonic in Henrietta TX. Mind you I don't live there and hope this isn't the normal.We order 3 Route 44 drinks. Mind you it about 100 outside a were looking for something cold to drink. We get our drinks a question why the ICE TEA really doesn't have any ice. He proceeds to tell us they are short on ice.. Don't you think that should have been information they gave before ordering and paying. Really didn't want hot tea.Not a happy customer.

The sonic at Henrietta, Texas always gets my order wrong, I go over the order and checked the screen but who would think I didn't want the lettuce, tomato and onion because I didn't mention it? This is the 3rd time they get something wrong.
