This Walmart pickup is my favorite! Everyone is so nice.Please advise employees to double check orders before releasing to customer and telling them all items are there and you get home and find out your missing item . It's aggravating.No I am not driving 30 miles round trip to pick up but also was informed by a Employee that the manager said they could no longer to pick up order refunds!That's not good customer service.The employee Renaldo was very nice giving me information to get matterTaken care of.One more chance Walmart Henderson !Train your employees better!Good job Renaldo for handling matter the best you knew how.I will be back!

I still shop at Walmart because of the convenience of getting everything I need. I still don't like self-checkout and the cashier's that are working seem like they are working slow on purpose. Just to make you go to self-checkout. I have been making more trips to Kroger but they're starting to get just as bad with self-checkout. Looks like that's the future though.

It was a walmart. Plenty of people around and yet it was easy to get around.I also needed some help reaching something on the top overstock shelf and asked someone, who got someone else (a tell fellow!) who was able to help me quickly and easily.

I just left Walmart kinda confused. I went through the self checkout. I let my 19 year old brother purchase his board game and gum. I then proceded to check out my product which was wine. I had my ID ready for the lady over that department. She refused to let me purchase the wine do to my minor brother being present. I get that most companies have rules and policy. They wouldn't sell me the alcohol, but they sell adult products which minors see on the shelf everyday

Went to return some holiday toys I purchased and didn’t need and was told that holiday items can’t be returned. Can’t find that anywhere online and it wasn’t posted when I shopped. Everything I found said items can be returned from October to January… Beware as you shop

This Walmart is located on hwy 79 behind several other businesses, I want to give a special thanks to the woman in bakery that went out of her way to help me find a cake that I love, she went beyond her job duties to help me out and I really appreciate it, thank you Katherina.

Your pharmacy sucks. Wouldn’t fill a prescription call in by my doctor for pain medicine I needed after having surgery. You people are no class act. Will take my business else where and damn sure won’t recommend you.

I went in to grab my prescriptions and the staff was so polite. The attending physician that I consulted with about the medicine made sure that I understood the medicine and side effects, if any. There was a line but it didn't take long to get in and out.

Wow this store is so clean. I live in kilgore and shop at that one and the one in Lakeport and it had been a long time since I seen a walmart this clean. Awesome job hiring a team that is working as team to keep the store clean, organized and priced right for the community

The food is excellent. Great pulled pork sandwiches and their chicken fried steak is outstanding! The only downside is that the service can be glacially slow at times.

Hidden valley ranch needed restocked. Everyone around hoarding all the hidden valley seasoning and dipping sauces so I had to come 10pm at night to tear one out of a pallet since none were restocked nor had set limits for every customer. I refuse to buy any other brand because it don’t taste the same and “shortages” or people of Henderson wanted to hoard everything, even Kroger was wiped out

I am always able to find everything I need and more. Sometimes the bathroom isn't very clean, but, people aren't very nice sometimes in the bathroom. I take that into consideration also. I leave my stall clean. I wish others would also.

Very rude employees and customers. Nearly got run over twice by the grocery pickers (different ones each time). No excuse me or nothing, just a hard look. Store was not that busy. Parking lot is hard to maneuver.

Very clean and organized. Friendly employees. I let the manager know that was standing watching the registers. He was efficient opening up registers when needed. Front bathrooms needed some attention. Clean parking lot and no rogue carts. The carts were also clean as we walked in and people there giving out carts. We travel all over the USA keep up the great work! We were there on a Friday on 1/22/2021 at about 2 pm.

Walmart is Walmart. I stop at this one because it will have almost everything I need at that time. They seem to have trouble keeping bag cat food on hand. They don't carry the Head and Shoulders shampoo I use. But overall it's a good store

Some items I wish a better selection and other items should be a little more stocked up. I do miss the price match for a better one stop kind of place. I do like the produce though. Good selection. Prices are fairly decent. I would like more cashiers. I go weekly so that says a lot too.
