Customer service in pharmacy is lacking. If a customer pulls up in drive thru, at least acknowledge them. I know it can be busy but at least acknowledge them and gesture you'll be right with them or something. I sat there for 17 minutes, and yes I timed it . When she finally got off phone, and was finally able to wait on me, she didn't apologize or anything. No acknowledgment or anything.

Pharmacy is incompetent with follow through. Should’ve had a prescription filled by 12pm & was told “they haven’t started on it yet.” Transferred script to CVS w much better experience.

I shouldn’t even give one star. I schedule a Covid test on Wednesday and the available time that they had was 4 o’clock the following Saturday so I scheduled that availability. Left my house in a thunderstorm to meet my appointment drove 35 miles to get the appointment was there 10 minutes early as requested only to find out that there was nobody in the pharmacy. No phone call no nothing. I called the store and they advised that they had called everybody that was scheduled for an appointment to come back at 10 o’clock on Sunday morning. Remind you I did not get a call . I show up at Sunday morning at 10 o’clock as advised and they said that they were not doing any Covid testing because they had been closed and we’re backed up. If you’re going to offer something stand by it.

This pharmacy does not seem reliable. I am supposed to get meds today that were called in yesterday and they are “ temporarily closed” ! No explanations or help .They also close at 8 pm . Why can’t they stay. Open later ? Also ,one pharmacist is incredibly rude .

I love going inside. The store is always clean and the employees all seem so nice and professional. I love going down the holiday isle to see all the neat stuff you can only find there. The pharmacy is always so professional and quick with all rx. I have yet to have a bad moment in this particular store.

Stephanie was extremely helpful! She went out of her way for me. I have been looking for a particular mascara that's been sold out everywhere for months or too expensive online. I was going to be driving through Henderson and called to see if they had it, and they did. She held it for me until I got there. So sweet of her and my daughter is thrilled I finally found it!

Today I was dealing with a issue with a script that I needed and I needed a coupon to get it..I talked to the pharmacy personnel and my doctor multiple times thru the day..I was very frustrated 😞 but I got online and got the coupon and printed it..got to Walgreens and the printed paper didn't have all the info..a young man named Jacob took the time to explain what he needed and I found it on my phone and have my prescription and I want to thank him for taking the time to explain to me what he needed..we need more Jacob's in this world..thank you again

Since COVID this pharmacy has gone way down hill. We have used this pharmacy since 2007 and we are about to switch because it has gotten so bad.

I have mutiple health issue's a few of the major one's are two auto immune diseases, a frontal lobe injurying & major aniexty, also slurred speech w/ those combined can make me act off and strange @ times. My dr e-scripted my vyvanse refill in a few days early since the pharmacy is going to be closed on the 1st didn't even try to pick it up than was waiting until moday the day before until i was told picking another med that i counld not get my vyvanse until the 1st 1 day early i've never had this problem at any pharmacy before controlled medication or not i might sometimes pick yes 1 day early if i'm in town but usually no i don't reversed discrimination is NOW OFFICIALLY HIT TEXAS AND WHITE COLLAR WORKING CLASS PEOPLE THE PHARMACY WITH THE ACCENT but store manager didnt agree with but cant over ride the pharmacyALL THAT ASIDE STAFF AND STORE IS GREAT

I scheduled a covid testing they emailed me my confirmation and reminder i went in and they gave me a home test i really wanted them to do it so i know it was donr correctly

Staff is friendly willing to help but the pharmacist is Rude, Bin Wang, Den. Several times I've gone the first time I thought he is probably having a bad dad but NO he is always rude... changing pharmacy.
