Never have experienced the rudeness as was done today by supposedly the regional manager to my husband. Maybe the tiny letters at the bottom of the sign stated the dates, which should be taken down after the sale, is no excuse for the manager to be so rude. Maybe his position needs to be reviewed by upper management.

We’ve been going to this store for the past three years. They are always incredibly helpful and the prices are great. Can’t say they always have the variety we want but they always keep to catch up with what’s available elsewhere. I bought a bag of chicken feed and scratch, which had weevils inside and they replaced both for me without question. We love this store

Love Tractor Supply but we had a strange experience today. We went in to pick up a few things with our 12 pound dog. He decided to pee on a display box so I went to the front to tell the 4 employees standing around chatting. One replied "OK" and they continued chatting. I then ask for some paper towels and one of them sat a roll on the counter. I picked it up and went to clean the pee spot. They continued to chat and no one offered any help. Never have we experienced such dismissive behavior from Tractor Supply employees.

Just & 2 of the other ladies, managers, are awesome! We had an issue with a merchandise credit card from the Sulphur Springs store, even 5 different people at the Help desk couldn't figure it out but the 3 ladies did!!! We appreciate them!!!

They always have my goat and chicken needs met.Staff is very knowledgeable about the products. The food is never moldy or odiferous. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, and always ask if I need help loading. Perfect service to me.

I purchased a side by side and was having problems with completing the transaction (no fault of tractor supply). Dina, the store manager, was the biggest help and patient the entire time.It took probably an hour to complete, due to calling for authorizations, etc.... In the end, I was able to take my baby home with me, smiling and happy. I recommend this store 100%. Thank you Dina and Tractor Supply. You're the best!

We went to see if they had any propane heaters. They did , but I wasn't sure if it would work on the line in my house. The young man that helped us was very pleasant and he suggested to us to check with our propane company as well. The lady be that checked us out was very pleasant. She has a good outlook on everything.

I needed some feed for my Horse, and they had just what I needed.The customer service folks are always, always very friendly and willing to help, if you find one and ask them. I plan to go back soon, I think.

Called to inquire about a 6ft box blade for a tractor. Guy answers and is completely ignorant to what I'm talking about. Kept saying "we don't carry a box blade that hooks up to a TRAILER" seriously TSC this is the kind of people you hire to work up there? This guy needs some serious training, I mean youre name starts with the word Tractor and this guy doesn't even know what implements are for a tractor.

Went here to purchase a garden cart. Was way to heavy so I asked for help. The man not only got it off the shelf for me but helped me move my groceries around that I had bought earlier to make it fit in my car. I've been here several times for cat and dog food and have never had a bad experience. Love these people!

The greeter at the door was very helpful. Another customer service representative took over so the greeter could get back to his post. The representative helped me to the register with my chicken feed, then proceeded to check my order, then took it outside and loaded it into my truck. Now that is personal service!

I've been frequenting this location for about twenty years and it has always been convenient, well stocked, and fair priced. Up until the past couple of years the staff was always very knowledgeable and helpful, but that has gone downhill in a huge way. One of my biggest pet peeves is for someone to act like they know something when they actually haven't a clue, and that has happened here more and more over the past couple of years. I usually drive quite a bit further to go to a different location these days.

We were at the Roanoke store to get a propane tank filled. First my husband waits in line and the employees( manager it appeared) says he will tell someone . Waited 10 minutes nobody came out. Spoke to another employee working out in the side where the gas is and he said he would let someone know. Imagine when that employee came out that they had no gas! Is it hard to get a sign and hang it up to let customers know that you have no gas? Really?? I will drive out of my way and not support this store anymore. This is the second time this has occurred at this store.

The best people in the world working there!I ran in to pick up some dog food, and as I was checking out, I realized that I left my wallet at home... The sales associate (Mickey) insisted that she would pay for it that night and the next time I was there I could pay her back.... I said are you sure? She insisted, and I came back the next day and repaid her.What a great lady! Thanks for your belief in mankind (Mickey)!
