Most of the employees here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always kept clean and the prices are very reasonable. My daughter adopted her kitten from here, and they answered every question we had. Will keep coming back here for all our pet needs.

Julia did an excellent job at grooming my Pomeranian! She took her time, and put as much love into it as she did skill. I’m beyond pleased! She will definitely be our go to groomer from now on. Thanks again Julia!

It is usually a good visit, but today their employee "interrupting cow" did as her name suggests- persistent interruptions without excusing herself, then apologizing afterward- basically giving the customer (who pays the bills) no choice but to accept her rude behaviors.Apologies without amends are platitudes. When you are rude to people, "apologize," then repeat the behavior over and again IT ISN'T AN APOLOGY.I may start shopping somewhere else.

Very friendly and attentive staff! My only thing is they are always out of stock of the stuff I need but the staff always try to find alternatives. I have a year and a half old bearded dragon that came from here and he is the best! If they could restock their reptile supplies that's would be awesome, because I NEED a heating bulb and they are ALWAYS out of stock. Love this place though, would recommend.

Little on the expensive side but we'll worth it. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful and the store is always clean and organized. We adopted a kitten in 2017 and will forever be grateful that they work with the Henderson Animal Shelter. Highly recommend this store.

Good and clean! The store is very clean. The store employee that I worked with was pretty knowledgeable about the different dog foods. They did have a very hard food to find and it was priced well. Good place to go for your pet needs.

My boys (Australian Shepherd & Border Collie) always leave looking amazing. All the groomers are wonderful, but a special shout-out to Keith for doing such a fantastic job each and every time. Very tidy little place with consistently great work! Six stars.

I drove into town just to come to the store because I needed coco coir. It is the most common reptile bedding sold. For some reason this store has absolutely no variations of Coco coir on it shelves. Never seen anything like that at a pet store, will not return

This is my go-to place for healthy treats for my dogs. Also had our first of 4 training sessions for my dog. We had a breakthrough within the first 15 minutes and as I continue to work with her at home we are progressing daily.

The Young man who trimmed my senior dogs nails is nothing short of awesome. He truly understands the seniors and their limitations. She hasn't slipped once since you trimmed her nails.

Finally, a reasonable range of pet products and brands in Henderson. Staff are attentive, friendly, and really seem to care about animals (charity/welfare/rescue). Expect specialty store prices, but it's a fair trade for the availability, in my opinion.

Impressed with the customer service!! When entering the store they immediately welcome me & ask if I’m looking for something specific. I yet have had to ask for someone to get the large bag of dog food...they have always taken the bag to my car. Reminds me of the days when my mom & I would go grocery shopping. 🤗

The prices are always a little bit more than PetCo or PetSmart, but they've usually got some really great deals going. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they go way out of their way to answer questions or help you find something. However, if you're looking for stuff for pets outside of cats and dogs, this store probably isn't where you want to go. Very limited selection of reptile, fish, and rodent supplies. Still giving 5 stars, though, because even though it's small, they do their absolute best!

Great selection and friendly staff. The prices are a little higher but the quality of supplies is the best. This is the place to adopt a cat from the animal shelter of Henderson, Texas. They are usually $45 for the fee.
