I was in the Henderson, Tx store on 4/30/24. I needed help in the flooring dept. I walked the entire store looking for help and couldn't find anyone and finally saw John in the Plumbing Dept. He was so nice and kind to help us even though this wasn't his dept.to work in. He was so helpful and found just what we were looking for. He was a very delightful person. I just wanted to recognize the excellent customer service he provided to us. Thank you John.

Great customer service! Got online, found what we wanted, ordered & paid at 2pm yesterday. Mdse arrived at my home in Jacksonville before 8:30am this morning! Wonderful and so easy! Thank you!

I bought every major appliance in my house from this store. Bought a dishwasher last month, got it installed and noticed a big dent in the door. After calling the store , they offered me a discount on it. I didn't want a discount because it was new and I didn't want a dent. They gave me a number to call for a pick up and exchange. Upon calling , they said I would be called within three days for a pickup time and a new one would be delivered. I had a house fire a week later and got a little busy. I called the number today and they have no record of me buying a dishwasher . I have the receipt. Upon giving it to them , they told me since it had been over 30 days I would need a managers approval for an exchange. Guess what, it isn't his problem. I talked to 5 different people before someone figured out they had ny phone number wrong.i probably got it wrong after having it for 17 years .Thats not their problem.They made no notes of me calling the day after it was delivered. Guess what, I texted the picture of the damage to him and that day and it still isn't his problem. Guess what , I have my phone bill , it still isn't his problem. The contractor rebuilding my house fire was a manager at HomeDepot so it looks like that's where I'm headed. I wish I could give them no stars because they deserve none. I particularly like how the owners response to bad reviews has been "sorry we are terrible, we hope you will come back and have another bad experience ." Save the reply bub. Trevon you are a pathetic loser , who has maxed out in life..

This Lowe's is well stocked and maintained. I've always had a good shopping experience here. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. Plenty of floor help asking if I need assistance or help. If this review was helpful, please "like" it.

Employees are very rude, you ask for help and they ignore you and keep walking. They spend more time on their phones and earbuds in, instead of actually working and helping customers. Will go out of town from now on to a different home improvement store.

The paint department was very quick, has a great selection of valspar and Sherwin Williams paints and the people who helped us with our paints were so kind, helpful, and quick.

When I went there the store was huge. I found what i needed however the employees were not that friendly. I needed to find an item and I asked two employees, they just didn't even know where to find on their little touch screen device, ok... So i had to find it myself. Other than that, the store was clean, but certainly it was very difficult to find what I needed. They need to come up with something like a map on the cellphone to tell you where the stuff you need is located at.

Only self checkout open and backed up on a Saturday afternoon. Employee at self checkout extremely rude and refused to divulge her name. Worst Lowe’s I have ever been in.

They have very little human interaction. In fact, all registers are self check out, with a very disinterested person overlooking your transactions.

Race plays a part in self check out. I started checking out and used my gift card. Then realized I left my debit card in my car. While walking out a white woman walked out the door and the alarm went off and the employee that was an older lady with long grey hair who was standing there just turned it off no question asked. I went to my car and when I got back she was rescanning my items trying to check if I scanned them all.

2nd time I’ve gone in and asked for help. Waited 1st time 20 minutes for a manager. This time I asked an employee who might have been going or coming back from lunch (give benefit of doubt) i heard the announcement that for someone to assist me. I waited 35 minutes and no one came. As I was leaving, without any help, I saw the same guy who made the announcement standing by the exit door with two other female employees sharing pictures on their cell phones. Pretty disgusted with the Henderson Texas store

Store has a huge selection. It is clean amd wwll kept. The only issue we had was at checkout. Like a lot of places they have installed self check out isles. We do not ise said isles so the only isle left to us was customer service. We waited for nearly 10 minutes before someone was there to check us out.

The staff isn’t very helpful at all it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to help. Except the older gentleman out front that helped me load my concrete.I heard on the intercom that lowes is hiring and looking for talented individuals. I thought to myself they need to add tentative to that!!That being said I wasn’t able to complete my full purchase because I wasn’t able to find everything and the staff wasn’t willing to help me. And now I’m wondering if my lowes pro membership is even with it. So I’m leaving one star.

I ordered 25 bags of white rock thru Lowes in Henderson on Thursday. Received a text message on Friday night that my order was delivered. There was no delivery. Immediately called Lowes, was told this was a 3rd party delivery and that I needed to call them. First of all, I didn't order thru a 3rd party, I shouldn't have to call them, but ok. Called the number, told the lady the problem, placed on hold, she comes back to say the delivery driver can't be reached, all she can do is refer the problem to a Lowes manager and have them call me in 24 hours. The same Lowes who just gave me your number and told me that I'd have to call you? Yes. Called Lowes Henderson back. Was told that the manager said there is nothing we can do, we didn't deliver it. Explained what the above lady said, placed on hold. The lady came back on the phone and says, give me your number, I have someone on the line who can help you. They will call you right back. Ok, no call and guess what?... Lowes is now closed. Terrible customer service, and still no product.

I visited the store last week looking for some solar lighting, and I'm pretty sure you could tell I was lost lol. They have such a large selection I didn't know where to start. Without even asking, a young guy, Micheal, stepped in and helped me find the perfect products. He was soooo respectful and helpful that I had to give him a shout-out!

Lowes delivered our icebox big dent in it went bk store told us they pick up we went up there said they can't order us another one we were upset so they took drawer out of display also ice dispenser out that was broke when loading it ok they bring back house it ok today Lowes pull up says here icebox that was ordered we said what at store said was not any more sold really someone messed up very upset all what we went thru

Impressed by Tasha in customer service! I needed a replacement chain for my electric chain saw. The web said they had one in stock, but I live an hour away. I called and eventually got Tasha, who looked the item up and saw there were three in stock. I think she could tell I was still a little hesitant to rely on electronic inventory. She put me on hold while she went to check. Then she brought one back and said she would hold it at the customer service desk for me. It may seem like a small thing, but it's huge. So many places there's no customer service and employees are rude. She was proactive about helping me, and I'm very appreciative.

EDIT: After an hour and a half on hold, I finally spoke with someone…no problems were solved. Go somewhere else!The experience in the store was pleasant enough, but the delivery service for a washer and dryer and the subsequent customer service via phone was awful.It was not delivered in the provided time frame, dropped on the porch, the hook-up equipment I purchased wasn’t left with it, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. So now I have to go purchase the hookup equipment (again), a dolly, and hook it all up myself. You might as well just go to Facebook marketplace or Home Depot.

I had problems and the manager would not talk to me and try to help. I had a gift card for 100.00 at lowes they would not honor. I spent over 3 hours before I had the girl cut my lowes charges card up I will never go back again .

Had order a vanity top online in Henderson and when the plumber was ready to install it there was a crack between the sink and vanity. We took the vanity back to Lowes in Henderson the return was so easy and the lady working that department Shannon was so helpful but could not get the vanity box down off the top shelf because it was to heavy. Michael from another department came over and help get the vanity down and help us load it on the cart. They both apologize that it took so long for them to get it down off the top shelf. You have two very professional employees working for you. We drive from Longview just to shop at this store.

I must say that I am extremely happy with the service I received from Lowe's Home Improvement customer service.I placed an online order and went in to the store to pick it up the following day.I went to the customer service desk and gave the customer service representative my order number and she pulled my order and I signed for it and I was out the door with my items.Very fast and efficient service.I was extremely happy with the service.I was in and out within 10 minutes.I will definitely be ordering online again and picking up my orders in the store.Thank you so much Lowe's Home Improvement for such a great online shopping experience!
