Stopped by to get some ice cream. They were out of the mini cones with caramel, so I ended up buying my own cones and some Tillamook ice cream. They are mini cones. They are so cute. Makes you feel like a kid. You can have two ones and not feel guilty. The ice cream was awesome. My favorite is the White Chocolate Raspberry.

Was in store today ti purchase briskets. Informed Michael who was restocking the meat that one is the brisket packaging was split open with meat exposed. He replied “it does matter, we just rewrap it anyway” and carried without concern. I have purchased lots of meat at this location and it is disheartening to know this is the attitude towards the health and safety of customers.

They seem to be very short stuff today and I don't knowif the lady was manager or who she was she works behind the desk she seemed very frustrated and it came off very rude the way she was acting I understand being short stuffed really sucks but the same time you can't take it out on your customers but a man named Paul was phenomenal very helpful. I sure hope it gets better for them I know how it feels to be short staff .

The Henderson location is always well stocked. The employees are very friendly and ready to assist. The produce is fresh. The gas and fuel pumps are conveniently located. I save big using the Kroger Reward points.

Nice prices compared to the Brookshire's monopoly in the Tyler area. We NEED a Kroger in Tyler, Whitehouse, and Flint, and they'd run Brookshire's bankrupt!!!

I would write a long review but this place is not even worth it. Why should I go back 4 times for 1 prescription? Is it management? Is it the workers? Probably both. The best thing you can do for yourself is keep driving down the road. I will never darken their doorstep ever again.

Excellent produce. Their prices on meats are quite a bit lower than Walmart and the quality of their meats are better as well. They run specials that drastically reduce the prices of their meats. An example from this weeks sale is 80/20 ground beef for $2.77/pound

Every employee I saw in the store spoke to us and said hello they were very helpful we were looking for stuff and my wife left her phone they found it for us a whole lot better than going to Walmart I will be going back thank you Kroger's employees

Only one register was open with 5 people in line, so I was forced to use self checkout. Somehow, 4 items from a different self checkout appeared on my receipt . When I inquired with the employee helping at self checkout, I was told to go to customer service for a refund. There was a long line at customer service, so I returned to self checkout and asked for a manager. Suddenly, the employee could handle the refund at self-service. After returning home, I found another item on my bill that was nowhere near the register I used, so I still ended up paying for something I didn't get. I very much doubt I am the only one this has happened to. Check your receipt carefully or shop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. The manager on duty was the most rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional person. Like went out of her way to be rude and disrespectful. This location will NOT get another dime from my family. Until tonight, this was my preferred grocery store. But now if my family will be making any purchase from Kroger, it will be the Nacogdoches location. I am beyond disgusted with thr behavior of this manager.

I like the weekly "digital coupon" sales. The only complaint is that I seem to spend more when I buy them, which I guess is their selling strategy. Their produce always looks fresh, and so does the meat. The checkers and sackers are always helpful and nice. I like the "Self Check out when I don't buy much. But it seems like they have less regular check-out lanes now, so there's almost always a waiting line. I like shopping for my regular grocery list, I seem to save some money.

Krogers...I invite you to take my receipt from today and then go to Brookshires in Bullard or Tyler and see how, if you can find what I got today or even the quantity, you can't get it at the same price or quantity in Tyler/Bullard. When you realize you are like $150 dollars cheaper for the same things please convince Tyler we need a Krogers. All we have are Walmart and Brookshires. I work in Henderson and choose to shop here instead of Brookshires when I have a large run to make. Thanks! #SavewithKrogers!

I went to the self check out this morning and the cashier on duty was too busy talking to other employees not paying attention. I needed help with age verification because I purchased alcohol and it took her awhile to come by. She also didn't help with scanning my large items on the bottom of the cart. I see another customer check out and she offers to scan her items right away. I hate to say it but she was obviously racial profiling as I'm not white. I shop there alot and experience that from her all the time. I wouldn't want to drive to Longview to shop but it's sad that racism exists everywhere.

We stopped at this Kroger on our way toward our next campground. We try to shop at Kroger whenever possible because my husband is a retired Kroger associate. This store was clean, well stocked and easy to find everything we needed. We had great service from all the employees. Our cashier was Stormi. She was super friendly as was our courtesy clerk. Unfortunately I did not get her name, or the name of our deli clerk. Although this store was a little smaller than some, we pretty much found all the stuff we usually buy. The produce department was especially nice. Everything was fresh and well stocked.

Wednesday before Christmas and a new ad featuring spiral hams for .97 a pound. Store mgr said they did not have any at opening, and would not be getting any in any time soon. This is nothing new for this location. I've seen them with no bread and go weeks without sugar

These guys work to make us , the customer, happy. First sight of lines backing up and a new lane opens. They stay on top of that. When I've needed help I can always find someone!! Very important fact. Their meat department has always been a pleasure to work with. When I have had questions they help me. When I need a cut of meat they cut it for me. I know they are busy but I have never sensed anything but sincere help. I truly appreciate that!!

I live 1 mile from this store and I’m in and out of this store on a daily basis. I love the convenience of the store but can go to Walmart just as easily. This location doesn’t care anything at all about customer service. They usually have one cashier and force everyone to either wait in the line or self checkout. My primary complaint with them happened a few weeks ago when my mom and I went in to the store to get the weekend specials. We shopped probably an hour and then preceded to the checkout where we found one cashier a kid named Andrew. The line was probably 7 people ahead of me so I grabbed my phone out of my purse and started checking to make sure my digital coupons were all loaded. While I was waiting another person came up and opened a second register so the line had to move back so the next person in line could go ahead. I was still waiting when another person comes to check so once again we have to back up so the next person can go ahead, so this time as I am moving back to go into the new cashier a lady comes around the corner and rams me in the back with an electric cart. I did have a lot of pain when she hit me and she just kept on going. I guess I was kind of in shock so I went on through the check out then immediately went to the customer service desk because I was in a pretty good amount of pain. While I was waiting in the line at the service desk I noticed some of coupons didn’t show up on my receipt so when it was my turn I told the lady about my coupons and asked her to call a manager. This is not my first time dealing with her and every time she is hateful, absolutely no customer service skills at all. So I am standing there in pain asking for a manager all the while she is yelling at me about me not knowing how to add the coupons and all I want is a manager to which she refuses to call because she says she is a manager. I told her to call the store manager and even threatened to call the police just to get to talk to a manager. She finally calls a manager who is outside smoking and talking to some lady who was outside when we got there. Finally a manager who identified herself as Diane came up and I asked her to check the camera so I could identify the woman who hit me on the cart and she said they don’t have cameras in the location of the checkout where I was hit. I asked her to do an incident report and she refused this also. She did take my phone number and name after I insisted on this. I also asked her to either refund the $150.00 dollars I had just spent or fix the items that rang up wrong. She had to find someone to fix my receipt because she didn’t even know how to do this and I absolutely refused to deal with the idiot I had just dealt with. After I left the store the manager Diane called and told me she reviewed the video tape and it looked like I was to blame so I told her I would like a copy of the video to which she refused. Never heard I’m sorry or are you ok just hatefulness.😳Really Kroger’s

When I must go I get there early in the morning and have been very disappointed in how poorly the employees comply with masking the women who work in front are pretty good except on the customer service counter the men who stock and tend to the produce and bread are terrible and tend to wear their masks as chin decor there is a 50/50 chance that the person restocking meats will be compliant and the suppliers bringing in stock apparently aren’t required to even make a pretense of compliance

Great, great, great!I love shopping at Kroger.The weekly specials and digital coupons they offer on their app save me a lot of money!I shop at Kroger on a weekly basis just to use my coupons and save money on the things that I use every day!And along with these sales help to save me money at the gas pump as well!Thank you so much Kroger for helping me to save money!Merry Christmas!

The items that I sought after were easy to find, choice of variety, and decently priced. There were plenty of checkers and I didn't have to wait at all for checkout. Jennifer (checker) was very friendly and professional.

Horrible!! My cashier was very rude. Her name was Kimberly. She was angry that I used coupons but, I only had 6 coupons and none of them were the same. She even charged me for two things that I didn't even get. I had to go back in and talk to customer service. What makes matters worse is that the store manager was right there and did not say anything about her actions.

I live in Garrison & have been shopping at Kroger in Nacogdoches. Have been unhappy with that store. Selection is poor, it's clustered & not well kept. Thought I would try Henderson. Shocked at the difference. It's so clean, open and well stocked. It's my go to grocery store from now on!

It is always clean, the personnel are nice and polite. They have a great meat selection and you can usually get bone in ribeye steaks at a good price.
