The manager of this place is a joke and so are the employees. I purchased a controller a brand new controller at that in box. It would not connect to my system nor my phone for gaming. I called and spoke to Rome. Rome advised me that they would switch it out for me or make sure I had a working controller. I drove the 11 miles back to the store Rome told me that the manager said he did not wanna deal with it and nothing would be done. Wonderful business ethics you guys have. Please beware before buying anything from these people.

WAlked into store and was not greeted, waited to look at item for 5 min.and was not acknowledged, staff purposely not making eye contact in small store. Walked out and guy that ignored me the whole time said "thank you sir "(1st words directed to me)

Horrible pawn shop would not recommend. Bought a chainsaw from that didn’t work once I got home and realized they only showed me that it did not operate with chain turning the manager did not care and seemed to be pleased that they got over on me. Please do not let this happen to you. Go down the street to another pawn shop!!!

Will not do business with them and will tell other customers not to deal with them. 3 employees there who were not helpful to elderly father, he doesn’t use a computer and didn’t know how to work it and they refused to help him. He has constantly purchased items from them but not anymore. Will not be purchasing from them ever again.

I went in a few years ago and I had a bad experience, but I went in today and it was great! They have a new manager and the team is friendly and the prices are great! This pawn shop has definitely had a turn around and I will be back!

Had a couple of guns on pawn with these people, paid them hundreds and hundreds of dollars in payments and always caught my stuff up when it fell behind. Spoke to them about a week ago and supposedly both of my guns were still in the store, let them know that I was going to be coming by shortly to deal with the matter. called again and was told that they haven't heard from me in several months, and was told they they sold my guns weeks ago even though they just confirmed they were in the store a week ago. They made several excuses about how they try to take care of the customer etcetera which is basically just another lie. I pawned them the guns at a lower value specifically so I could eventually pay them off fairly easily and basically they made off with thousands of dollars out of the deal. on top of all of this, they had lost the original leather strap that I brought with the rifle, and they managed to damage and quote lock up the boss end on the rifle somehow as well which they denied responsibility for. Considering the damage to my items and all of the lies I recommend Cherokee pawn over this place as they have been much more workable with a person suffering from financial issues. All insta Cash pawn says is quote we have a business to run LOL yeah whatever that means I guess customer loyalty doesn't mean anything.* I am adding this edit to respond to the claims from the owner, I'm quite sure that that is the only response that you were going to give much like the store Representatives denied causing the damage to the rifle and ever possessing my strap LOL I'm not sure if you are trying to add credibility to the case here but you didn't do a very good job. I had just spoken with your representatives about the both guns being in the store literally just over a week ago. I had contacted the store at least two times since March which is when your representatives claim they last heard from me. it seems quite convenient though how none of this matches up with your records, of course I wanted you guys to just sell my guns after I paid hundreds of dollars in interest and took them on low offer pawn loans LOL because that makes a ton of sense.

I had cash to buy something i was looking at but all they wanted to do is stay at the cash register not very professional and rude so i took my money somewhere else . This is not the first time will not go back . Just didn't want to sell anything it seem to us. Bad service!!!!
