Most rudest people in the pharmacy. Spanish speaking individual did not understand what person was saying, most unhelpful in getting a prescription referred somewhere esle... could not be bothered in helping since I wouldn't be buying a nebulizer, I just needed the tubing and mask..... the staff in pharmacy needs a little bit of training on public relations. If the public can't understand what they are saying then take the mask off. Or write it down.... it doesn't help that English is not their native tongue and a mask doesn't help. The girl helping the drive thru was very helpful but the other 2 were not.

Kee Kee and Stanley went out of their way to assure that my prescriptions were filled expeditiously. They were so courteous and kind. I felt so satisfied and comforted by their help. Please honor them for their commitment to CVS superior service.

I've moved my business to Walgreens because the pharmacist was not only rude about it but told me my insurance didn't cover my prescriptions. My insurance was expired. I pull out and call my insurance and they told me there must be a mistake because I am still covered. Got back into a very long line. She runs it again and tells me she must have entered it wrong. No apology. Tells me I have to come back in an hour because my prescription wasn't ready yet. I had gotten my confirmation that it had already been filled before I got there to begin with so she assumed I wasn't coming back and put it back on the shelf! Terrible service!
