Pharmacy technician(HOLLIE) with the IE not the Y.....was extremely rude not once but twice! I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time because working with customers all day can be a little frustrating towards the end of your shift but then for it to happen again almost 3-4 months later. She came all the way out of her way to take over from the other technician and instigate a conflict with me!! How unprofessional of someone in the retail industry!! Even in fast food it's common sense to avoid a conflict with a previous customer...After reading all the reviews of previous customers being treated rudely, it appears some of the staff may be too comfortable in their jobs to understand respecting the customers!!

Send in the script because they offer the best price, a week later after it supposedly being ordered, I am told they order it, but the warehouse hasn’t been filling it. So instead of just saying they can’t fulfill their job up front and I go elsewhere, they drag you out a week.At least there is one thing consistent with this dump known as CVS, you are always met with a frown, and incompetence with an attitude.

My doctor called in my prescription at 8:50am. Went to pick my prescription at 4pm and was told they didn’t get the prescription. Called my doctor back and verified it was sent. CVS tech then said it could take up to a month for insurance to approve the script. CVS has my insurance information. Worst service ever. I’m changing pharmacies.

Went in this morning just to get a few things. The self checkout kept going off asking for attendant and the red hair young girl kept coming over with an attitude hitting the screen with so much force and just was really rude, like it was my fault the self checkout wasn't working correctly. Bad attitude and was just rude all together. Shouldn't work in customer service if you have that type of attitude.

I had my doctor's office send my prescription to CVS in Henderson because it is near Denny's, and I love to eat at Denny's. I get a text from CVS saying my RX is ready, so I go the next morning, eat breakfast a Denny's, then go CVS to get my RX. They have a sign saying they are closed until further notice! Didn't bother to text me and let me know. I had my doctor's office move the RX to another pharmacy. Then, this morning, (Sunday) just after 11:00 AM, I get a call on my cell phone. I don't turn off my phone during church, because surely only an emergency would prompt anyone to call. I answered. It was someone from CVS wanting to schedule me for some vaccination they thought I should have! Unbelievable!

Worse pharmacy ever! The lady with blond hair and head band is so rude!!!! Literally we will be asking questions about pricing and she walks off and then when a car barley pull up she wants us to move! Also the charge astronomical prices for medicine here I’m changing to Walmart pharmacy! The last time I went here they were rude as well but I figured it was just someone having a bad day so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt but obviously I was wrong!!! Do not support or shop CVS pharmacy!!!!

CVS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE... RUDE.... you call to get prescription refill, talk to someone about something ANYTHING... YOURE ON HOLD 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR then normally when they answer you get put back on hold or it hangs up so you have to start all over!!! The pharmacist is awesome but the workers (techs) are rude, nasty people!... I went up there and called the pharmacy & for over 35 minutes I watched them talk to each other.. ignore the "PHARMACY YOU HAVE A CALL" over the intercom... the techs stood in a corner talking and laughing and ignoring the calls.... IM FED UP... time to change!!

I will NEVER shop at CVS again. I had one prescription for BLOOD PRESSURE that they charged me $88.00 for a month supply. I have gotten the same prescription at another CVS for $10.00. When I asked the Pharmacy assistant why it cost so much she said because it does. and I told her what I said above she said I dont know what to tell you. I was shocked by her indifference. I said how do people that cant afford $88. for one prescription get their medicine? Thats PRICE Gouging on CVS's part. It is CVS taking advantage of the fact that people have to have certain medications to survive and so they stick it to them. SHAME ON CVS what do you do to people on fixed incomes? I told the assistant I would have to go somewhere else because I cant afford $88. a month for one prescription, and she acted like she could care less and told me to get the Pharmacy I went to to call them and they would transfer my medication. BAD SHOW CVS!!!

My experiences in the past with this location were not bad, but I do find that the employees are never very knowledgeable at all. They do try to help, but it's usually to no avail. The location is normally nice and clean as well as pretty well organized. Definitely a better choice than the Walgreens down the road.Edit- The female employee named Jay is the least helpful person I have ever encountered.

Refused to give me my prescription cause they claimed it didn't go through on CVS Caremark. So I call CVS Caremark and they tell me the pharmacy is not running it properly. The CVS Caremark representative calls the store to tell them how to run it and they refuse. Then the pharmacist was rude to me for "trying to tell them how to do their job". Not my first rude encounter with these people. Will not return.

If I could give them 20 stars I would. My husband is a truck driver and I was traveling with him from out of state. I wasn't feeling well, and we walked across the street from the truck stop we were stopped at, to check my blood pressure at the CVS.The pharmacist, Noah and the Pharm Tech, Denise went above and beyond in my opinion.My symptoms could have been really scary but I didnt want to just run off to the ER. The pharmacist asked the right questions and quickly realized I had been out of my blood pressure medicine for a couple of days. I had ran out while we were on the road & didnt realize how important it was not to miss any of the doses. Both said It might be a good idea for me to go on to the emergency room, but I wasn't ready to do that.It was 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed, but the Pharmacist took the extra time and effort, while still having other customers to help, to first double check with my pharmacy back home & then to let us know about other options that we were not aware of, (because it ended up that I was out of re-fills) so that we could get this important prescription filled tonight.The online doctor was able to re-fill my prescription, and somehow got it to the pharmacy in time (right at closing time.)Though I know that they were correct and my best choice would have been to go to the Emergency Room, my husband and I are very grateful, not only for the extra time and effort Noah & Denice took to help us, but also for taking the initiative in finding us a better price through GoodRx. (our out of state insurance did not cover us here)Again many thanks to you both !!

If I could give them negative stars I most definitely would! This pharmacy is awful! The employees are rude and unprofessional and obviously dont understand the urgency that their job entails. people need medicine!! Not only are the employees rude and unprofessional but they also avoid answering the phone at all costs. Ive been trying to get a hold of someone for 45 minutes now. at one point someone picked the phone up, didnt answer, and let me hear the whole conversation as they helped another customer forcing me to hang up and call again and now no one is answering. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

One of the pharmacists went out of their way to help me get a discount on my medication since I recently moved to Texas and my insurance at my new job won’t kick in for another month. I’m very grateful and moved by her kindness and great customer service.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Today i was denied a package of insulin syringes. Iam a Type 1 diabetic. I used this pharmacy a couple years ago. I offered to let them see my vials, prescription everything. Even told them i use to use them look me up in their system. The pharmacist would not give me anything. His reason was i didnt get my insulin filled there. I will be looking into this!!

My husband had a covid test last Wednesday at 1pm. This is Monday and still no results! They do not answer phone calls, I've waited 20 minutes with no answer. Worst pharmacy ever!

My husband and I went for a Covid test at 3:30 on 7/10 just to be told that they have to reschedule for tomorrow. No message no nothing GAS isn’t cheap!

They really need a restroom sign. I walked in looking for the restrooms and saw no sign. I then walked around the entire store before I found them and made sure there wasn’t a sign I missed. Someone is going to have a bad day when they sprint in having an emergency and can’t find the toilets.

The service at the pharmacy is super slow eventhough we were the only one's there. The pharmacy girls are slow and rude. Just another reason I hate Henderson, TX.
