We've eaten there twice now. The food was as good, or better, than Cracker barrel used to be 15 years ago. It was a good atmosphere and the service was fine. But, it was pricey as I recall. For the amount we spent, we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and split a steak plus had an appetizer. Id suggest it's worth a try if you are looking for something different from your normal favorite.

My sister had to send her food back. Said it was spoiled.( chicken fried steak)Should have sent mines back Ate some of it but wasn't good. (Beef tips n gravy)My granddaughter got Alfredo/pasta/grilled chicken. It was macaroni with very thin sauce. She didn't eat it all . My husband got hamburger only thing that was edible. Rolls were good.They did take my sister meal off tickets/ gave free dessert. Will not be returning can't afford to waste my money on bad food.

If you’re looking for good home cooked food, this is your place. The food is delicious, and the service is great. Faith did an outstanding job as our waitress. Drinks were always filled and she everything we asked for very promptly.

Food was excellent. My husband ordered grilled shrimp on the side of his sirloin and the shrimp didn't get turned in. We told the waitress and they had it out to us in no time flat. They charged us for the shrimp and when we paid our ticket the mgr gave us a 10% discount on our next visit. That made my husband very happy. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn't tried it.

We had a large group and we were seated quickly. The waitress was very attentive. The rolls were fresh. But what has happened to the chicken fried steak and steak tenders? The consistency of the meat is strange to say the least. Not what they use to taste like.

Our waitress Chloe A. was top notch. 👍 She was very attentive to what was going on at our table. She kept the empty dishes removed & our water glasses full. Chloe was very pleasant to talk with. We felt right at home. Give this young lady a raise. She deserves more pay. 💰Dietary restrictions: There are good choices.Parking: Parking is ok, needs updating, as well as the handicap ramp, yall needs at least 2 or 3 more handicap parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Our grand kids like coming here with us.Wheelchair accessibility: the door of the restaurant needs to be more handicap accessible. There is a big bump @ the bottom of the door that is very difficult to get over in a wheelchair.I have friends in a wheelchair who have the same issue. But if your not in a chair you don't know this difficulty. An easy fix.

We walked in mid-afternoon with a party of nine middle school girls plus the two of us directors. And our server was impeccable. She quickly and calmly maneuvered through the giggles and questions, accurately taking each kid's order. She effortlessly processed the mountain of individual requests and provided each order expertly to the customer, with charm and a friendly smile. This was like watching a dance; professionalism on display. Each of us were relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the entire dining experience. Thank you, Henderson Cotton Patch, for a delightful experience for ourselves and our young students. Tatum Middle School One Act Play company.

My family and I have always loved coming to Cotton Patch and have always had a great experience. Yesterday we decided to have dinner with some family friends and their little ones, in total we were a group of 5 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1 to 14 years of age. Mrs. Lori (Loretta P.) was brave enough to take on our group even though we came in just as she was about to be off for the evening, and while we were a bit much with a few of the little ones acting out of character, she was patient, kind, funny, super helpful and very attentive. We will definitely be back, and would absolutely love to have her as our server again. Thank you Cotton Patch && thank you Mrs. Lori!!!

My wife and I love going to Cotton Patch in Henderson, TX. The staff are always polite and helpful. Tonight we had Alexis B. as our waitress. She was friendly and funny. We talked, laughed, and had a good meal with good company. Thanks Cotton Patch for hiring such good hearted folks and serving good, down home food.

I've always had a great experience at Cotton PatchCarlos tries his best to please all the patrons and has a very good group to wait tables. Also the kitchen manager Mika Miley prepared food so professionally perfect. The plates are attractive are plentiful.Vegetarian options: They have a great entree known as a veggie plate. They also have large entre salads. The kitchen staff is always willing to adjust any menu items to help patrons like me with health concerns.

I gave Cotton Patch a 3rd try hoping the first 2 were flukes. I ordered BLT w avocado and my bacon was raw. I told our server and she apologized and asked cooks to cook another batch of bacon…came out too raw again, the next batch was perfect, however now my bread was soggy and not edible… perhaps she should have offered me a whole new fresh sandwich. The fry’s were greasy and not cooked enough.Sorry to say, I doubt I will ever go to a Cotton Patch again…

Tried the avocado bacon cheese burger- amazing! My son the classic. Best salsa and queso around! Our waiter was David, he is awesome, most professional. Even my 12 year old son says he is his favorite waiter EVER! Service here is always most friendly and very welcoming. My reason for 4⭐️ Is that where we were sat, towards back to keep us away from hot windows, no doubt (thanx), the AC above us was so loud my son and I had a hard time hearing each talk. Other than that, things are amazing every visit. Oh! Don’t forget the beautiful artwork on the board above kitchen area!! Look forward to each new display. Thank you CP Henderson for spoiling us so good!Kid-friendliness: Great many kid favorites here. So they are not stuck with the same choice every visit. That makes for a happy moma. My boys love it here!
