Worked with Darrel to pick out some light pods to add on to my bumper. He was super helpful on selecting a pair that met my needs. Ran into an issue when installing with one pod having only a few of the leds working. Tried working with manufacturer to get a replacement, no response. Contacted Darrel again and he worked with me to get a replacement.Killer service, exceptionally helpful.

Went in for a hydraulic line and they said they only had one person certified that knows how to do them. However the gentleman I spoke with said he was trained 4 yrs ago but doesn’t know what his doing. I said well let me buy the materials to make it and I will take it to O’Reillys to make it since they told me to go there. He stated he wouldn’t know where to look. Waste of time I will never go back in this store with that lack of competence.

I don’t usually leave reviews on places but my experience was so good that this time I feel like I need to! I went in to buy a new alternator for my car and really didn’t know what type of questions to ask or anything. But MIKE was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was so nice. The world needs more people like Mike! :) Amazing customer service! Usually when going into places like this or getting an oil change, etc as a young female it seems like people always make you feel less than but today I had the total opposite experience! 10/10

Always a 5-Star experience! Most of the time, I deal with an older, bald gentleman (I only say this because I never got his name. No disrespect. I am bald, too!!). He always pointse in the right direction both efficiently and professionally. Drop in for your auto needs! You will be pleased!!

Some of the prices are a touch higher, but easily worth it for the experienced and knowledgeable staff at this location. Steven is the gentleman to go to for any mechanic needs. Very kind young man who knows his stuff.

Called up there to simply get a price on a part. But mike one of the sells men’s. Hung up the phone twice while I was still talking. Then when I came in the store to talk about it he wanted to call the cops. Yes ABC AUTO PARTS, has lost my business. And then after the fact the supervisor didn’t even care how they treated me.

When I entered this store to purchase some stainless pan head bolts the female clerks first was response was that I couldn't purchase anything there with a credit card because their computer was down. THIS initial negative GREETING was really a turn off as if she really didn't want to be bothered with my business even before I TOLD her what I was looking for and was prepared to pay cash. I found another item I WAS needing and the male clerk courageously assisted me, priced the item on a hand written receipt and accepted my cash payment. Unfortunately some people have an internal disconnect as to who makes it possible for them to have a payday...THE PAYING CUSTOMER!...THANKYOU.. JIM COWART

08/17/2020: Went in last week and asked for NGK spark plugs; common plug for Yamaha Outboards (and I am sure other things). They didn't have them. I also needed plugs for a Ford tractor. They didn't have them either. The girl said they could get them and they would be there by 10AM the next day. I went in today and of course the guy behind the counter acted as if i was speaking a foreign language. He fumbled for a few minutes, kept fumbling and I left. Even when they do have a part in stock they take forever to locate and get the transaction done. Amazon has free shipping in many cases and saves a great deal of time that would otherwise be wasted for them to fumble around and offer you a 2nd best solution to whatever part/item you came in for.

I recently visited the ABC store in Henderson, George went over and above to help me with a battery issue. He came outside and helped me through an issue he did not have to. I would definitely recommend ABC and George to anyone, he should definitely be recognized.

Had to replace bearings in my suburban. Was given 1 set that was too big. Returned for exchange. Boxes were greasy and dirty couldn't scan bar code. They young man behind counter said no problem. Calipered out correct size i needed. And exchanged for me. Above and beyond. TY!
