I shop at a lot of dollar trees all over the country and in general I am pleased with the selection and over all value of the things they carry this location was in the middle of re stocking so things were in a bit of a mess but nothing too badThe one thing was they had no public restrooms that I could find and had to make another stop right after leaving there. But over all they had what I was looking for and that is what matters most.

Lot of these older ladies at this location have really bad attitudes if you don’t want to provide a service to the public get another job! My husband and I just visited this location like 10 min ago usually we go early afternoon this time bout 20 min to closing. Older white employee standing at the register near the office looking at all the customers like we were annoying her for coming in to shop. This is not a good look for dollar tree at all. If she doesn’t want to work there quit.

I have been coming to this location for over a year. This Dollar Tree has Never been as clean & organized than it is now! Props to the Assistant Manager, but also the team members that work together to keep the store clean & organized. The Manager is only as strong as his or her team, period, point blank. Dollar Tree employees have some ruff hours and days they are required to work in order to service their customers. This team is beyond remarkable. Still getting to know everyone on this team, however Tina is exceptional. I can only hope that management and above recognize their team's hard work because if they don't this would be a HUGE mistake. Keep up the good work. 💜Shelly,Waller TX.

This store is horrible. While shopping there, we saw a Hispanic woman with 2 kids around the age of 3-5. Her youngest was walking around her basket and he grabbed some candy off the shelf. The worker (middle aged man with glasses) shouted at her across the store to keep her child next to her. This woman did not speak English. He then proceeded to yell “you’re on your phone, bad parenting in my book” across the entire store. Then the manager chimed in yelling if somebody if the store speaks Spanish, when nobody replied he then kicked the woman out of the store. She had no idea what was going on. After the woman and her kids left, the manager and worker were talking about her saying how many times they had to fix the shelf that her son took candy from. Also saying how bad of a mother she was. I am disgusted with this store. We put our items back and left. Will never go back.

This is a hit and miss store somedays are better than others. Sometimes it looks like it's been ransacked with empty shelves and clutter in the aisles. Other days nice and tidy beware the bathroom nasty. Employees are very nice has large parking lot.

I went in this store a few days ago,while checking out the lady behind me had two of her items to get checked in with mine.I was placing my items into the basket as they were being checked out.When i noticed,i told the cashier that those 2 items were not mine.He "supposedly"took them off of my bill.When i got home i noticed that they were on my bill,the last 2 items.I added up everything on the receipt and i was charged.I went back to the store.The cashier saw me,he was filling up balloons.He saw me and turned away.I said ",excuse me",he still ignored me.He already knew.I went to the manager and showed him the receipt.He asked the cashier did he rememeber me.He did.Manager says i was given credit.Where?All my items were on the receipt.And the lady 2 items.All i wanted was an admittance to the mistake.Keep the $2.50.Principle.Didn't get it.We all make mistakes,but be honest.

There is a worker there named Sherry (short lady, wears glasses with bleached blonde hair) who is always accusing young black males of stealing. I witnessed her accuse two young black boys one day when I was in the store. Not long after, I witnessed her accuse two other kids that I know. On today, she accused my nephew of stealing, then ran off when I attempted to question her.Just be careful if you have young black males with you while she's at work. It's obvious that she racially profiles, and then she runs and hides when you try to question her.The manager, Jackie, didn't seem too concerned and even stated, "I didn't see the boy do anything," which further infuriated me. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

I am changing my review posted over a year ago. Most likely before Sherry the short blonde woman wearing thick.glasses and a heavy smoker became a worker there. It was a great.place to shop. It is obvious by her demeanor and the hateful expression she displays on her face that she is a racist toward young black males. I have witnessed on two occasions Sherry accusing young black males of stealing without any just cause.

Went to the dollar tree today to buy some thing I got some cash.An employee by the same Sally got mad and told me that next time I had to ask her if I can get cash back.Sally was rude and ugly .I hope she gets fired.Does she not know that she gets a pay check cause we spend our money there.There's always an issue withe the employees treat the customers bad.I would not recommend this dollar tree store to anyone.

The Grandkids love it, they have a selection, give them a few one dollar bills a piece, they love looking and choosing and spending their money..... Everyone we've been into the staff have been friendly and courteous.
