This is not your ordinary lumber store. We stopped to buy feed for our chickens and found their prices very reasonable.We also purchased eyebolts for our porch swing. Our nicest experience was one of the workers. Clarence was a wealth of information for us. He helped us with several things and gave us instructions for several projects that we are working on.

I love this place. Friendly service and great variety. When I was putting a floor in my trailer their treated lumber was at a better price than Lowe's. Don't go to Megamart. Do your self a favor, shop local and save time too!

Big Ace Hardware store and Lumber Yard. Good variety of lumber at fair prices. Hardware and garden area are very nice. Plenty of parking and easy to find. I shop there from time to time, it is a good store. I wish they carried more metal building materials.

Titters has the potential to be a great store if the management would insist on staff education of products sold. They are friendly, but do not consistently and across the board possess the knowledge of available products.

Awful there is not one person who knows Ritters products. I have made many trips after I call them and after I get there they don't even have a clue about their products and this is store wide. I hate them they have waisted ao much of my times and gas telling me wrong when I call.

Extremely poor customer service. I will only go there if there is absolutely no choice in the matter. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to Jasper or 1 hour 15 minutes to Lufkin.
