Plenty of workers yet dining room was a mess, lots of flies. Perhaps if kept colder there wouldn’t be any. We had to clean our own table no ice in soda machine, sodas were flat.Mgr decided to spray for flies but was spraying all over the tables , never was wiped down to remove the spray. Not good people sit to eat there.Do better DQ, this is the worst DQ I have ever been to.Oh maybe employees including the mgr should take hospitality classes , just an opinion. Pretty sad when no one acknowledges you standing at the counter. Your customers deserve better DQ.

For $8-9, you really don't get much for a combo meal. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was pretty mediocre. The fries were a fairly small portion too. I'd say it's kind of overpriced for what you pay for. I'll stick to only ordering ice cream from DQ. Clearly burgers/sandwiches aren't their thing.It's a nice reminder to me why I don't order fast food very often.

Sad to see they are doing dairy queen like this. Nothing but of buch of workers not caring about the business they work at. Just of buch of workers clowning around not caring saw one man had his hat on backwards,pants sagging waring crocks.Theh messed up on my order and gave cold fries. I'm from the Rio Grand Valley I know I've never been in a Dairy Queen like this. I was just passing threw wanted to stop by on my favorites burger joints. Sorry to say won't be stopping here no more . If I could give no stars I would .

Terrible. We ordered $45 worth of meals. After we ordered we were informed that they were out of 3 of the meals we ordered. They switched out our items. Incidentally, what we ordered the second time around was much less expensive than our original meals. When I mentioned getting the difference in the cost back, I was offered free ice creams in place of a refund, which I accepted. After eating, we went to redeem our 3 free ice creams and were told they equated to mini blizzards, so we ordered 3 (same as the number of messed up orders). After placing the order, another lady told us that there was only one free ice cream :/ In frustration, I allowed my daughter to get the one "free" ice cream. (Not free at all, it was money they OWED me). And when I asked for a plain empty cup, so I could give my young son a small scoop in his own cup, she tried to charge me $1 for it. Long story short, don't waist your time here. The customer service is terrible and rude!

I had never had a problem at this DQ IN HEBRONVILLE. today I ordered number one combo with mayonnaise. I don’t like salad dressing that they put in my burger. I tried to return it and they wouldn’t take back or replace it with something different. They don’t even have drinking water at the soda fountain only water from the faucet. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ‼️‼️ HOW SAD THAT THIS HAPPENS HERE, IT USED TO BE OUR FAVORITE HALFWAY STOPPING PLACE‼️‼️‼️I’ll NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION‼️‼️‼️In case you’re interested on researching this, it was order number EAT IN #221on 4/25/2022 at Hebbronville‼️‼️‼️

Didn't buy anything because we were told, no joke, that we'd have to wait 1.5 HOURS to get our food. Who on earth goes to DQ and plans on waiting 1.5 hours for ANYTHING? I understand they were VERY busy on the night we stopped by, but there was no effort to give notice that things are sold out or that wait times would be outrageous. And to say, seriously, that someone would need to wait 1.5 hours is ridiculously ill-thought out considering it is DQ and not a high-class restaurant. And we waited 20 minutes to get that information.

Pass by this dairy queen all the time just had never tried it. After ordering 1 belt buster an I 5 dollar meal deal and a blizzard will never stop to eat hear again food is Made in a sloppy way and drive thru is not knowledgeable of menu an greetings.the fries were the only thing that had taste but it's hard to do wrong with fries!

Absolute trash took them close to 1 hour to give us our food and it was just 2 combos and when we went and asked for a refund they were like your order is almost done.. 30min later still not done. If I hadn't already paid I would of left. Smh never going there again complete trash

Friendly staff and tasty burgers. Bathroom is a little run down but I've seen worse. I don't expect much from a DQ in a small town though, so 👍🏼.

Had a coupon to buy a blizzard and get a second one for $0.99 and they would not accept my coupon. I had already ordered two of the blizzards I really did not want to buy two but I ended up having to buy two

Best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Their burger buns are made from Texas Toast and is delicious. The meat also seems 10x fresher here than any other Dairy Queen. I have a lease just a bit farther down from Hebbronville and I always make sure to grab a meal from this DQ every trip.
