The truck stop portion is always clean, even the bathrooms...the McDonalds was busy and took a while to get our food. There is a fenced in dog park for large and small dogs but the gate dividing the two would not latch.

samantha santilana had loise almost stumble into me 3 times, i was standing minding my own business go look at your cameras and see for yourself, so when lois came near a 4th time i showed him what i was doing looking a pictures regarding religion, santillana said that her employees are not allowed to talk while working, they were talking prior to her trying to be a bulley, but she also insinuated that she is "The Boss" and can have me kicked out, she spoke to loise like a dog right in front of my face, and i stop her dead in her tracks and told her that she is not my boss, thats when she called the cops, she should never be in charge of people if she cant show respect. Also if i am looking at my phone it doenst mean i am stealing... she should not be a manager anywherePrivate property, thats all everyone can say...

I feel as if they just dry the sink and the floor in the shower and call it clean. I dont like seeing things from the previous user in the shower im about to use. It just scream dirty. As for the laundry its a mess. They have posters everywhere telling you to use MLR points yet the machine doesn’t have a card reader. When you go to the the front desk to trade points for coins its a negative. I dont carry cash so I had to use ATM

Never in my life at a loves did it take me 4 hours plus in the bay for an oil change and to change a leveler. I did not mind the initial hour wait to get pulled in but lawd this is crazy. I got here at 3pm and won't leave until 830pm. Trust me there won't be a discount or any care. No trucks in front of me at all!

I bought my first shot glass and a robot key chain for my car and house key. I didn't think anything of it and went back out to my car to put my purchases away. I had the receipt in hand and a cop came up to me. Supposedly the cop got a call about a woman causing a scene. I showed him my ID and made it clear I had no intention of doing anything of the sort. I was just passing through town. The Willis Love's Truck stop location is better in my opinion and they have prettier trinkets. It even has a glass case full of statues for decorating your home. The Bryan location apparently has staff who call in ridiculous complaints. Still to this day have no idea which employee did this but let's just say I won't be returning.

We had the pleasure of visiting Love's Travel Stop with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. Our stop was for the purposes of using the bathroom. As we pulled up we noticed several handicapped parking spaces close to the entrances of the building. We did not notice any slip or trip hazards. The bathrooms were very clean." Sometimes your knight in shining armor doesn't ride a horse. I found myself with a hole in my tire traveling through Calvert Texas this morning and thanks to Derek and Joshua I was able to get a quick fix and get on my way until I got to Waco. They really went above and beyond because I do not drive a truck, I drive a small car and o was traveling alone. They were absolutely wonderful with how they stepped in and helped repair my tire and get me on my way. Grateful for kind souls like them

The McDonald's definitely needs some better staff. Its ridiculous how these workers see what a sandwich looks like and still wrap it up and serve it. My hashbrown looks and taste like it's been marinating in cooking oil. 🤮 I threw it away before grabbing a pic.Don't waste your money

Not all Love's Travel Stops are equal. This one is at the top of the scale. One of their nicer ones. I stopped by on my way home needing to fill up with gasoline and coffee, and I'm glad I stopped here.The gas prices were a little higher than some areas, but lower than where I had just been. But the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The store was well stocked and clean as well. There were multiple food and drink options, and a decent variety of snacks, foods, drinks, souvenirs, electronics, travel accessories, etc.The employees were cheerful and friendly despite having to work on a holiday... perhaps it was the time and a half dynamic working for them? But other reviewers have noted the same even on normal days. I will remember this place next time I am traveling through the area. Highly recommended.

This dog park use to be a great spot to stop a long my travels. Not anymore. It is absolutely horrible. No one maintains this park and there is trash and dog poop everywhere. Definitely not for our fur babies

I can always count on Love's for a clean restroom. This location is really busy, so the parking lot was kinda funny this afternoon. There is a McDonald's "next door", so be aware.I'm gonna assume this is an older location as some of the stall doors were broken but functional. And someone was keeping the restrooms clean so that's always a plus.The only not so great about Love's is the price on some snacks. They can get kinda pricey if you're not careful.

Stopped for gas and a bite to eat. Long line for the women's restroom but miraculously when my turn finally came, there was toilet paper, soap and paper towels!! Well done, LOVE'S! Your customers thank you!

I get down here for refreshment and to grab some food and drinks during our long journey. It is a small gas station store which has many things you needed during your journey. The billing desk staffs were very nice and welcoming. We visited the shop at night, I do not remember the exact time. As gas station, is near by, it is convenient to visit the shop during gas filling or you have plenty of space to park your vehicle.

This loves truck stop is located off hwy 79 North, and is the only loves in this area, they have hot showers, hot food and cold food, several different kinds of coffee and the list could go on, the employees are friendly and respectful to everyone, when I'm going from Austin to Shreveport, I always stop here, truthfully, I can't think of anything negative about this truck stop. I'd give them 6 stars if I could

I frequent this location due to my job. Staff is always polite. Store is decently clean. The attached McDonald's is a little sketchy in terms of cleanliness and service. Individual serve coffee machines broken on many occasions at the Loves.

Staff is extremely hardworking and helpful, but they clearly have to put up with a lot of ignorance and disrespect from all the idiot tourists that make this place unbearable between the hrs of 9am and 3pm. Not a good place for truck drivers sadly, as the RV people take up truck spaces, dont pick up after pets and children and dont understand common courtesy in the store.(you dont block all the coffee dispensers to get one cup of coffee, stay home)

You can always tell a lot about a convenience / truck stop, by the roller grill. I had one of the best hot dogs I've ever had in my life! There sides were free! So I had chili and cheese and again it was just right.

Pretty nice place to stop. There is a McDonalds Restaurant for food. The convenience store has anything you could imagine. Clothes, backpacks, snacks, food, drinks, souvenirs and the like.Bathrooms - both bathrooms (men and women) have changing stations for infants. There are only 4 stalls in the women’s restroom - 3 regular and 1 wheelchair accessible one. On busy days like today the bathrooms were okay but a bit of a mess. There was a line and it was busy. We have stopped there before when it was less busy and the bathrooms were pristine so I know that in general, they try.

Busy for Thanksgiving week. Got fuel n restroom break and back on the road. Left side of parking lot is for 18wheelers n right front side is for regular vehicles. Be careful coming out by McDonald’s drive thru kind of risky someone hitting you. Inside store was busy, but lines where moving.

I loved the vibe and location. To continue to see people of all nationalities was a beautiful experience for my grandchildren. Sad to say when we made it to our final destination reality hit home. But we are strong black women and will survive one on the worst cities I have ever lived in.

At the northwest side of town on Hwys 6/190, this fuel station/truck stop is clean and well maintained. Fuel prices are comparable for the area. The truck stop is a full-service facility including fuel, food, and showers. A McDonald's restaurant, convenience store, restrooms, and showers are available.The women's restroom has private stalls with full length doors. The door to the handicapped stall was locked and appeared to be occupied. After a few minutes, it appeared that no one was inside.The attendant was very apologetic and said it was the second time this week that someone had plugged up the toilet in the handicapped accessible stall. This was a great annoyance to her and us, especially during a high-use holiday weekend.As an alternative, the attendant opened one of showers for us. Entry was wheelchair accessible, but if we had intended to use the shower it was not in this shower. We didn't ask if another was wheel-in accessible. There were no transfer bars, so assistance was needed to use the facilities.This is a great place to stop when traveling. We are satisfied customers.
