I’m sorry but would not recommend I don’t even see why they animals in this establishment since they don’t want to see them get adopted and find a home . I submitted my application online I never did hear anything from them and I called every day. Finally on the fourth day they answered the phone I had spoke to a lady there I didn’t get her name but I explained to her that I haven’t called and I haven’t even messages Well I told her I would come the next day to see how a cat that I wanted with interact with me she said they open up at nine when I got there I waited and waited and I was advised at the lady does not get there that early. My son had also a couple years ago tried to adopta dog from there and it just wasted his time I wouldn’t recommend this facility

Love this place. They try hard to find pets home. Plus their hours are customer friendly. Brazos Valley humane society could learn how to run a business from these people. This is who I donate to.

Brought by 60+ cans of cat, kitty, pup and puppy food as well as some giant sized beach towels. Sadly, the gal that was sitting at the desk was uninterested in assisting us open the door or determine where to put the heavy box and when asked questions, pretty much gave us the idea she was not wanting to be thereWe were there around 1130 on a Sat and the pups' kennels were clean, the pups looked really healthy and well cared for altho sadly, there were a lot of themThere were quite a few GSPs, lab mixes and other short haired pups, but surprisingly, didn't see any pitties/pittie-mixesOther than the gal in the office, this place looked like they cared and did a good job taking care of their charges

We had a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. She showed us all the dogs and we took a puppy home with us. Her name is Lucy and she is a wonderful dog. Thank you so much, now our family is complete.

These people are truly a God send and have a special place in heaven. These are truly dog lovers and care about animals. I really recommend this place if you are in the unfortunate situation of having to surrender your pet because I really feel that they will love and care for your pet until they find their next fur-evwr home.

Wasn't a bit of help doing their main job.. taking in and getting rid of pets(had some puppies I found dumped off by the river, I d-wormd/flea them and have been trying to find them a home)..Hope...more like a Nope! I don't recommend them at all.

The staff here is amazing. The cats are in more of a sanctuary environment than a a regular animal welfare center. Total non profit but does not receive state or federal funds. NON KILL SHELTER!

The personnel at Hope Rescue were kind, caring and professional. They helped make a stressful event ( animal surrender) tolerable for all involved, This is a no-kill facility and the staff was gentle.

Dr. Brinlee and his staff are AWESOME!!! I called at lunchtime and they were able to work us (Mitty, a rescue kitty & I) in at 3pm!!! They did the WHOLE initial exam and feline leukemia test, dewormer, and earmite medication plus Mitty's 1st round of shots in less than an hour at such a REASONABLE price!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Brinlee and his WONDEFUL staff to anyone in need of a caring veterinary center!!!
