1st JD did an excellent job in the paint department he went great with customer service and multi tasking care of everyone. He was very knowledgeable in his department.On the other hand the loud big older gentleman working was using FOUL LANGUAGE towards customers and other employees. His attitude was very rude and acted bothered by the customers simply by their needs. Being the only hardware store in town, I think you need to take a deep look at your customer service. I will drive further to take my money to a store that appreciates their customers and treats them how they would want to be treated. Its not hard. It leaves other employees left to work in a toxic work environment and makes people not want to shop at your store. Because of customers he has a job. Treat them better please.

Some of the best customer service around. They were all over the "snowpocalypse' and were at the plumbing shelves trying their darndest to help every customer working on burst pipes. I must have gone 20 times in 2 weeks and they ALWAYS had smiles on.

A friendly staff keeps this store well organized and running smoothly. Several staff members greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. When I requested items they new exactly where to locate them and answered all of my questions. They loaded my truck with large purchase around the back of the store. Clean, organized, and well stocked makes this the favorite spot in Robertson County for all purpose hardware purchases.

Shame close at 6; granted they're the only hardware store within a reasonable radius - they do have a fair selection of products.NOTE: They do have a small variety of 8' 1 bys and what not, they do not sell by the foot nor offer cutting.

One of the assistant managers really went out of his way to help me find some stuff and ordered some other things to be shipped to the store.Everyone here has been pretty helpful.They have a tendency of opening a few minutes early, too.

Ordered an EGO lawn mower in April. They delivered a similar one without a manual or receipt. I have spent 4 months trying to get things resolved with them. In calling ACE Corporate HQ I was told they could do nothing since I ordered through the store rather than online. Also found out that Corporate is in Mexico and they have very loose ties with the local stores. Finally today I have reluctantly accepted that I will have to keep the lawn mower ACE delivered. After hanging up on me 6 times today the store has finally agreed to mail me a copy of my receipt. Store has told me that they do not have copies of the lawn mower manual. So Corporate will email me a copy of the manual which I get to print out. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE wanting to do business with ACE is please DON'T.

My new go to hardware store is Ace Hardware in Hearne! Lowes and Home depot can't hold a candle to Ace Hardware in Hearne! Not a bunch of kids that don't have experience or even have a clue what they are doing. Men with experience that can truly help you figure out how to fix a housing issue!
