Friendliest people and a very clean store. The meat market impressed me the most. The market manager is so friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The steaks were beautiful, the counter was fresh, and a decent variety for such a small town. The prices were a little high (about like Kroger's) but I noticed almost every item had tags called best buy or power price which looked like really good savings. I talked to several patrons while shopping and, curiously enough, most of them were from surrounding areas. Some from Bryan, some from Calvert, some from Franklin, and one older gentleman was from Snook. Everyone I spoke with said they would gladly make the drive to Hearne just for the quality of the meat dept .

Today, I had a great experience in your Hearne, TX location. I was able to get in and get out quickly. The cashier and young man sacking my groceries were very kind and both smiled. You don't see that too often these days so I wanted to share some positivity.

The worst place I’ve ever worked for !!! Corrupt and favoritism! I quit because of the SD and ASD ! Even though I left and rarely shop there because of the nasty looks and them still stalking my house ! Every day that the SD does a back deposit she drives by my house slowly and stares at my home ! Highly don’t recommend for employment!

Very clean and friendly! Every employee asked if they could help me and they were all friendly and smiling. I also thought the prices were fair for a small town grocery store. Best customer service I have experienced in years! (I just moved to the area from out of state)

I don’t care for the store but what brings me back is the customer service. They have some young cashiers that are probably still in school, but they have a good vibe, funny and always brighten my families day. Looks like they love their jobs and it makes me feel the people of Hearne know how to raise their children!

Good little Hometown grocery store ran by great people. Most of their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. As to be expected with small town grocery stores it is a little bit pricey but not as bad as you would expect considering the location. A great place to stop if you just need a few things

Not really fair to rate, as this was just after the week long snowstorm in Texas. Not much left in store, but I WAS able to get a loaf of bread, which is what I needed. Cashier a but grumpy, but need to cut her slack too, as I'm sure she had her share of grumpy customers! I'd definitely go back to shop.

Went to the pharmacy. They are very helpful a did not have to wait long. I showed them my insurance and within 5 minutes they had my prescriptions ready.

This is a very clean store, helpful employees, and a great variety of items. The products are always faced and stocked well, making it so much easier to shop. They run great weekly specials as well.

The Cashiers and baggers always seem nice. The prices are Okay considering such a small town Grocery Store, not a big chain like Kroger’s. The selection is also okay considering that fact. I’m giving 3 Stars though because they close one side after like 6pm and so you have to go to far side of building, ridiculous. Also, there is a spot by the Sodas that Always has a Odor like someone’s under arms, I avoid that Aisle and do not buy Cokes there because it smells so bad. And finally it’s bad enough the restroom is so small and has the one toilet, but EVERYTIME you go back there to use it, it’s occupied 90% of the time by one of THEIR Stockers in Red Shirt, i’m assuming hiding out in the stall. One day I had to go pretty bad so was waiting finally was like dude are you almost done? Immediately heard shuffling and flush and Stocker comes out, so he was occupied for 15 minutes but Magically done the second I asked?Which brings me to last point the customer service booth is rarely occupied to complain, like when the ride machine outside took my grandsons Quarters or about their shamming employees, or if you just wanted a Money Order.Thought about giving a 2 Star, but they have a Awesome Clearance Rack across from Bread section and some Super Deals on it I’ve saved Money with so its a 3!

I enjoy shopping at Brookshire Brothers! The aisles are spacious for customers, and the employees are so helpful and respectful. Brookshire’s produce are always up to date, the shelf’s are stocked in a neatly style; the prices makes it easier to shop for groceries no matter if you’re on a budget or not. I highly recommend Brookshire Brothers especially more than Hearne Supermarket!!!

Nice people good clean store they don't carry everything that we want but a good store. A little more expensive on pretty much everything but the only one around that I know of. Just moved to hearne though.

Nice grocery store. People are friendly. They will bend over backwarrds to help you find what you are looking for. They will cut you meat if they have run out of the special. I always enjoyed going to Brookshires.

Overall a good grocery store but they need a lot of help in the deli department. I'm talking only for five different kinds of lunch meats to offer out of a store such as this. I was very let down
