I was charge $9.24 for four corndogs when they were on sale for $.99. I don’t believe I should have had to pay this. I called customer service number and they told me they could not help me, but they offered me a free corn dog, which I did not take. I believe that this place should refund my money. I am real unhappy with the whole experience.

I ordered a BBQ wrap, got a cheese Baja wrap when I called to have it changes the girls questioned me and was so rude. It was dripping with sauce and when I asked to have it replaced with the BBQ I had ordered it was like I had done something wrong. My kids meal was cold, like the food had been sitting for a long time. Terrible experience.

The cooks here need to learn how to put a chili cheese coney with mustard & onions together. They also need to get something done about the management. The lady delivering to food is sweet as can be. They were out of just about everything. I remember when this place was really good.

I love block away from this Sonic. I literally see their lights going to sleep. They had a guy in the kitchen, on TikTok rubbing his willy on the customers food before/after he made it. I'll NEVER eat at a Sonic again

The stalls are never working and there is nothing blocking them off, so you have to guess which one is working. Employees don't seem to care about their job. This is one of the worst sonics.... Its not kept up, and it needs alot of improvements. I hope when we are back in town, it's fixed up the way it needs to be. Very disappointing.....

Tried to make order on Oct 25 at 5:30 or so. The lady who took the order couldn't understand the simple order. She needs to be trained better. Was at same Sonic earlier in the week during the day and that order was taken correctly and repeated back to us. Will try again some other time

7 months ago I left the review below and I'm the only one on here that didn't get acknowledged by the owner. Yes I worked here as the Assistant General Manager from the June 2020 until about August 2021 and if I'm correct I helped Heidi make this a better place than it had been in a year prior to my arrival from what our locals have stated. Just because I worked here doesn't mean my opinion doesn't matter because it does. I have only been back once since I left there and I will never return. I am however pursuing another top position in town so if you hear about the change please stop in try it out leave a review so I can fix what needs to be fixed and improve what is just mediocre and make this place the best place to stop in for a bite to eat.Sonic is the only place in town that does NOT support the community they are in nor donate to them to help improve the community and their schools.

I didn't realize how hard it is to get a drink made correctly until I read all the other reviews. The manager was confrontational when the employee was trying to fix the problem. I have never seen this type of service in my 60 years of living. I know it won't fix anything, but I hope others will take heed and not visit this Sonic location.

Amazing group of young people. Our car hop was fast my food was hot. You can't expect more from these hard working men and women. Please try and tip them if you are pleased with your service.

Everytime I come here it just gets worse. This time we thought it would be fun to take the kids to get ice cream. Was not really busy when we pulled in but still waited 45 minutes to finally get our ice cream that was half melted. If there were more options in town I would have long banned this establishment completely but I guess this is the sort of service you get in small towns where there is no competition. Lived in big cities where places where slammed and have received better service. Something NEEDS to be done.

Absolutely ridiculous when you ask for just a cup of ice and they tell you no they can't do that so you ask for water with extra ice and they say they can only do very little ice or just little ice! Seriously how is that gonna keep my drink cold?! Customer service sucks! Manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette. We waited over 10 mins with 2 cars in the parking lot and still didn't receive the 1 Route 44 drink we ordered!

Placed order via app, when order brought out was informed no tots, would we like to sub fries. Response was no, credit my account. Waited over 15 minutes and had to buzz to ask if account was credited. We tied up stall for extra 20 minutes because no one gave notification that credit had been issued.

We like sonic, but the staff here seemed to have trouble filling simple orders correctly. Jr. Deluxe cheeseburgers are supposed to have cheese. Then the manager didn't want to fix two of them because they had been partially eaten. Service here is not very good.Not to mention the infant running around the drink station area.

Worst Sonic I have been to. I waited over 2 hours for 2 drinks and 4 shakes. How can any Owner be OK with the Service His/her team is giving. Your MOD Robert has been polite yet not very aggressive as a MOD they are all lost with no direction.Just Horrible!

I ordered 3 ice cream treats within the Sonic app for $15 and 2 of them were completely wrong.I ordered 1 SMALL cheesecake blast, add strawberry and chocolate syrup - I received a MINI cheesecake blast with strawberries but no chocolate syrup.I ordered 1 MINI Oreo blast, add cookie dough and chocolate syrup - I received a SMALL cookie dough blast WITHOUT any Oreo pieces. I sent this one back to which they only added 3 Oreo pieces to the top of the ice cream and nothing else.I was not offered a refund, new product, or chance to make it right. They got the sizes swapped and add-ins completely wrong. I am highly dissatisfied with the accuracy of orders produced at this location, especially when you have to pay extra for them to get it wrong.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and a Dr. Pepper. Waited for 20 minutes, finally a car hop came to my window. Started handing me a bag full of food. Tell her I didn’t order food I had milkshakes. She went back inside and finally returned with my milkshakes that were melted and had obviously been sitting for quite a while. My Dr Pepper had literally 10 ice cubes and tasted more like water with a splash of Dr Pepper in it 🙄 service is awful and they don’t listen if you have a complaint. Not worth the wait or the money.

Super long wait! 20m for a burger and tots is to long. Everything wash fresh; but, the hamburger patties were like shoe leather. Way over cooked. Of course I'm a mile or 2 down the road, otherwise I would have asked them to remake.

Called ahead to verify they were wearing masks and gloves when preparing and delivering the food. Was assured they were. Placed order via the Sonic App and sent hubby to pick it up. Hubby called me and said they were wearing masks but not over the nose. One even had it just on their chin. He told them to cancel the order as it was not ready. hubby is a senior with a weakened immune system. Manager came out to ask why order was being cancelled. Hubby told him about employees wearing mask incorrectly including him the manager who had it under his nose. We recently had an increase in covid cases so this is important to us.

The Sonic in Haskell, Texas, rarely answers the phone. I know that they're not that busy all the time. The food is ok some of the time but at times the food taste like it was cooked in old grease.
