Well this company works there employee's for many many hours from 5am to 12am 7 days a week at Hartley Tx.They don't pay them overtime so this is not rigth. This a few persons told me there experience with them for example they bring them from Mexico as a contractor with a Visa but still there is Human Rigths for everybody i do not know how thet get away with this. Im doing this because is not fair for them to be treated like this and they deserve to get paid there overtime.

If you wanna work- this is the place to be- Harvest has its ups and downs....but it’s harvest and only Mother Nature is our boss! Everyone is kool- thoughtful and respectful. Not a job/career for babies! Ag will prove if you have grit or not! Love all these big machines!!! Wish I knew about this years ago!! God bless!

Got disrespected and lied to many times over..upkeep on equipment not great..ran 2 summers without airconditioning and part of a winter without heat in some equipment...told drive it or dont work.....was left stranded many times..
