My daughter is currently in another state and needing her prescription filled. The customer service in Lewiston was horrible and I hope no one ever experiences what we went through with these people! We got in contact with Alesandra from store #15381and she was amazing. She quickly fixed and solvedall our issues in 5 minutes. We are beyond grateful and appreciate her very much! Walgreens needs more employees like her everywhere.

The pharmacists and assistants are extremely incompetent and are more concerned with closing up for lunch rather than telling my why I have to keep coming back for my medicine that isn’t ready then asking me to come back tomorrow only to not have it again then they send out their newest cashier out while the pharmacists hide in the back like cowards. People in front of me were having the same issue and were very frustrated but kept their composure. The pharmacist were sending out this new girl as caused for angry customers. Step up and admit your mistakes as the leaders of the department and maybe you won’t have a line of angry customers, while you actively try to close up on us because it’s 1:25pm and lunch is in 5 mins. I’m talking about the Asian and African men/Pharmacists whom didn’t seem to have a care in the world. This isn’t a fast food place this is peoples medicines and is a very serious business so take it seriously.

We went for the Moderna booster. Very efficient setup and actual shot. Jorge & Alejandria were excellent.We went on line to do the survey shown on the receipt but that's a hokey marketing plot. The questions are not about walgreens; its all about YOU: age, income, product lines etc... nothing about walgreens service. I stopped after 3 pages. It's for walgreens benefit not yours since there so many complaints

I had a horrible experience at this very location. I asked for a product that wasn't on the shelves, and the lady who was walking towards the register told me to wait in a very disrespectful tone in front of her manager which didn't seem to care. As soon as I start to look at her name tag she proceeded to go as far as to remove her name tag. Then she went to the back to go check for the product. I ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for her to return. Since she didn't return i walked towards the exit door, AS I TURNED AROUND. She came without the product, maybe she didn't have the product but she was PUTTING her name tag BACK on.3/29/20176:24 PM.

Customer service at this location is by far the best at any Walgreens. Gentleman named Dennis, and young lady’s named Pricilla, Ilene. Alot of products were removed but the basics IfThe staff is helpful and even ordered products that were removed and went as far as getting the sale price and points with my orders.

A employee named Denice was very rude. He even went as far as laughing at me with another customer. I felt harrassed and belittled. Poor customer service from this individual!

They go out of their way to make your day a bad day, they wouldn’t fill my prescription because the dr write refill for a year but didn’t write 365 pills, I had to go back to the dr.
