Went for two breakfast tacos and asked if one could be without egg because of an allergy and they gave us a hard time about not being able to do it, no other stripes gave us an issue except for this one. I understand every place is different so we just accepted it but staff was so rude bcs they assumed it was us being picky. They still messed up our order still and charged us more for getting no egg.

My wife went to buy barbacoba tacos. The guy was just putting grease fat in the taco. He told my wife they had more in the back. He didn’t want to get another pan. He knew my wife was in a hurry. He told her to take another kind of tacos. How can you just say since you already paid just take another kind of taco, knowing the price of a barbacoba taco. The only thing my wife remembers is that the guy was young and has hickeys on his neck. Something needs to be done about this employee’s! There’s no respect for customers anymore. Remember no customers no paycheck.

I am going to try to find out the number for corporate my fiance was outside holding our dog because no pets allowed type thing you know I mean he is a service dog but I respect others and their allergies to dogs and such I'm not trying to make anybody have to go get a shot in the rear end so my fiance was holding our dog outside waiting on me while I got a large hot chocolate and extra large hot chocolate that is and I got a four Loko and I also got some strawberry wafers and a dollar topaz seven lottery ticket little scratch off and Juan one of the cashiers come outside and commence telling my fiance that he could not be here while I'm inside purchasing products from the store my fiance is not a vagrant we just purchased cigarettes about 30 minutes prior to that and a extra large hot chocolate and wanted another one this man should not have a job here if he's going to treat people like that I love the products here I love the prices but I do not love being disrespected or having my fiance disrespected as I'm trying to purchase things and give this door our money that we really don't have despair at all to begin with and that is the second time he's done that to us I want this man to lose his job I really truly do or some kind of repercussion for his action maybe some time off would do the man well if he's going to treat customers like that. I hope that no one else has been being treated this way because this is not customer service I do understand that you have the right to refuse service to anyone but when they're purchasing things in your store it's kind of foot in mouth right there.

Can management please tell me why is there only one person working in the evenings? It’s very inconvenient since this employee was taking care of door dash while having a long line and believe me customers weren’t happy. What is Stripes thinking!!!!!! This is a two person job… this store is next to a busy expressway, Come on Man!!!

Terrible service by the Taco lady. Rude, loud and moody. I merely asked a certain part ot the counter was where I should place my order, and she screamed at me that “she will attend me as soon as she gets another order in a loud and rude way. Definitely do not recommend that place.

The Food and Safety Department needs to pay a visit ASAP to this location! I was appalled by the condition inside of this store. Trash all over the food areas and the soft drink fountains. I cannot even begin to imagine what their restrooms look like.DO NOT BUY HOT FOOD OR FOUNTAIN DRINKS HERE! You can get sick.This photo shows how the lemonade, etc. fountain has mold stuck all around the dispensing part of the apparatus as well as growing along the bottom of the case.This store needs cleaning ASAP.

Y'all it's a convenience store. Cashier was friendly and the store was clean. They carry a little bit of everything. If you stop in at a stripes with a Loredo Taco Company inside during the morning get yourself a Q-taco. You won't regret it

On our way to a business trip and decided to get tacos for breakfast and the lady was very rude. One of my coworkers wanted to add bacon and she did it with attitude. “They didn’t say they wanted to add bacon ugh” was what she said under her breath.

After standing in line for 15 min ,not because the line was long only 2 people ahead of me, but because...well im not sure why...i ordered 4 bacon q's..maria says i don't have beans..so i look at het then look back and the line forming behind me..and look back at her...she casually walks back to kitchen to get tortillas and then goes back again ..this time not only did she have beans but cheese under her arm...yumm...as she started to finally make the 🌮 i askef if i could have the fresh beans she had just got ...she scraped old beans off tortilla and put them in the new batch,cross contamination😳 i was amazed the lady behind me says...are we all for real just witnessing this... Should reallymake sure these people are getting trainedd properly this was disgusting to say the least..😱

Poor customer service .customer in front of me was buying cigs and they didnt id that person so waited for my turn I walked up asked for cigs and they asked for my I'd and i told them you didnt I'd the person in front of me and one of the (female) workers says we Id who we want I understand it's there job to id but Id everyone if there trying to follow store rules .

They were very mean to me I asked politely if I can purchase a lighter and the manager looked at me with an ugly look on his face and then told me that he needed to ID me for the lighter I do not recommend this place
