Awesome prices! We save even more when they have item on sale or $1-$2 off with scan and go.I love the scan and go ! So easy and fast to go in and out of store without having to wait in line to pay !The rotisserie chicken and thePizzas are delicious and inexpensive!

Although the store was reasonably crowded today, I was still able to do my shopping in a timely manner. Quick check outs were open to those who were willing to use them, including assistance from clerks if anyone needed help.

Terrible how the cafe is so shor handed and the wait for a slice of pizza is over 20.min. the pizza is sitting in the heated display box however there are not enough employees to make the orders that have been paid for so the customer is forced to stand in a long line for an unacceptable amount of time...TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Love this store! The prices are pretty reasonable. I love the scan and go app . I’ve been to other Sam’s club location’s and Harlingen is by far my favorite.

Pay over $100 for my membership just to be harassed at the door to prove I have one. Even worse, the lady was kinda rude about it too. When I was leaving and passed the door I watched as customers went in and she didn’t ask any of them to see their memberships so why was she so focused on mine? I paid for my membership, pay for my items and Sam’s Club acts like they’re doing me a favor letting me shop there. Come on, Sam’s Club, do better! At the very least train your employees to be polite and fair.

I'm handicap and every time I come to this Sam's club All the electric scooters are being used by people who can walk. I am a right leg amputee and have problems with my other foot so I have to use the scooters to get around. I think Sam's should either get more scooters or start enforcing the use by people who have nothing wrong with them but are riding around while people who really need one can't. How about some consideration for handicap people.

Hadn't been to Sam's in a couple of weeks. Had to return some stuff and customer service was great as usual. Bad part was we had to wait in line outside. When we got there they had let a large group in. So we got in line with less than a handful of people in front of us. The kicker was as we waiting a large amount of people exited the store. No exaggerating, it was definitely alot more than they let in when we got there. So I started wondering what the process is cause it felt like they were just making us stand in the sun for kicks and gigs..... Well shame on me for going to Sam's during Covid. Lesson learned. Won't be giving them my business unless I desperately need something from there. Heads up to everyone, be ready to bake in the sun, til they feel like letting you in.10-8-22, 30 minutes til closing and we had the place all to ourselves. Grabbed some essentials and headed out. Nice visit

Very disappointed. We just purchased a membership and went through the entire store trying to find deals. In almost every case we were able to purchase the same products cheaper elsewhere without having to pay a membership fee. Even milk is cheaper at the local Walmart. We are not a name brand shopper and this might be part of the answer. Gas was a good price but is really worth waiting in the line behind five cars! We kind of felt like we waisted our money on the membership fee.

I came to the deli to eat pizza,basically about $8 a pizza.love the combos...they need more tables & seats...a lot of people gather.most people need a yearly subscription or card to buy things here.they have good prices on bigger items,food ,hygiene..clothes.i love just coming to look at certain items.this place is awesome 😎

Sams club in general need to contact what 3rd party vendors they allow utilize their property to peddle services. The AT&T representative misrepresented promotion to get people to sign up for a lines. It was basically a scam because when I went to finalize the transaction they reneged on their part of the deal and I either had to pay for the phone or send it back and was liable for a restocking fee. I was informed that my information would be passed on to the AT&T market manager and Mr. Cook and I have yet to recieve a call for the market manager. Just a suggestion Sams should really practice due dilligence is who they allow the peddle services that are predatory because it's bad for their business and the customer experience.

02/11/22. Normally very busy, Customer Service is lacking. Your staff were hanging out in the frozen section showing each other their Facebook posts. Today I noticed that Sam's club has gone woke. What happened to the military flags? Why did you take them down? Did BLM and ANTIFA threaten you? You also took the photos of the veterans that work at this location down. Or did you fire them? Personally I'm sickened by your woke policy's. What is it going to take to get this country back on track? Can I pick up my free Crack pipe here?? Plotted.. Scouts Out..

Let’s talk about Recieving . How can you have trucker appreciation week and take about 3 to 4 hours to just unload ,especially with the heat. Each truck that is waiting just adds to more hours. You walk in and the lady is on her phone watching videos , is that what y’all hire to pay . Besides the attitude from all Recieving employees ….all the hours of driving to get to your destination you are greeted with someone who is not happy with their JOB. Just want to include that us as truck drivers just want to arrive at our given time, unload, and take off to our families..eat at our table with someone else, & sleep on our own bed . That is what trucker appreciation is . If is not like that , we have another pick up that we have to make and y’all just delaying on that time .

I highly recommend the Sam's scan and go app. The lines at this location are not nearly as bad as those of locations in larger cities, but if you don't have to stand in them, why would you? I just find a secluded aisle, scan my items and head for the door.
