I ordered online from the PetSmart site. Since we don’t have a local PetSmart we used curb side pick up in Harlingen. The PetSmart employee quickly came out with our purchase. She was polite and she smiled when she greeted us. She placed the dog bed in our back seat, closed the door then said Thank You before she left. The KONG dog bed we picked up was perfect. Our dog loves it. I would use this PetSmart location again.

Excellent experience today. All of our Maltipoo dogs come here and the staff is extremely friendly every time. We had a small hiccup today but it was handled professionally by everyone and a quick resolution was found. Liz and the grooming staff were excellent and we are happy to continue to bring our furry pets to this location.

Very impressed with Stylist Liz skills. Took Oscar (my corgi) in for his haircut. Definitely received the haircut I was looking for him & he came out clean and nicely groomed. Thank you.

I bought an all in one aquarium kit and had the filter fail in one week. When I called to get the filter exchanged I was told I had to take the whole kit in to get it replaced. The problem is I already have it setup. To be clear, it’s not the employees fault, but the policy from PetSmart.

The WORST experience of my dogs life! I had appt, returned 3 hrs later, and I heard her DISTRESSED BARKING from door! Sure enough they hadn't touched her and she was massivvly stressed! What good is an appt when PETSMART doesn't uphold it?# NeverAgain

I just moved to town 3 days ago and can not find my dog's precription card for her food. They wouldn't even make a 1 time exception to give her thr food she needs until I can get it. They were very rude and I will never go back to this store. Nice way to greet a newcomer.

My son is 8 he cared for a fish that died and he let the giu know but you can tell he doesn't like his job he answerd rude and with sarcasm he needs to get trained on better customer service smile man you don't like your job then find a new one

We took our Puppy Lily to training class at PetSmart in Harlingen, TX. Wonderful experience, the trainer was professional and warm and caring. We will definitely take the intermediate class.

Easy to find most pet supplies. The one in Harlingen TX you can get prescription dog/cat food but overall most other things in general you can find.

The staff here is heaven sent!!! The female trainer who does the classes (blonde short hair, can’t recall her name) is so informed in all aspects of care for pets. I was blown away by the fact she not only knew locations of all items I asked for, but seemed to have background knowledge of them all. She really knows her stuff. A man named Sam is very helpful as well!! Will definitely be a usual here!! Kudos!

This little guy needed a new bed and decided to check out petsmart instead of ordering online. The staff was great and very helpful I was able to find a new bed and a few toys. They have lots of different foods wet and dry anything you could need. I will absolutely be going back for any other pet needs.

I took my golden retriever In for grooming. He came out completely shaved (which is an absolute no no) and there are multiple large cuts on both his front paw pads. He can’t even walk due to the pain. I am not normally a Karen but this place literally butchered my dog. DO NOT GO HERE

The vet seemed to know her business. I had my dog's teeth cleaned and picked up some meds. The were prompt and he was ready on time.

Went in to replace some dead tetras and a pleco. Turns out I was missing some vital aquarium things. A moss ball and ceramics to lower the amonia and catfish to get rid of excess fish food. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Even got some tips about how to breed my successfully courted betas.
