I luv this place. My cute Chewy is adorable. But sadly he had been itchy. So maybe use a different shampoo for the dogs. Even had my sisters dogs go by 2 for thr haircut they look super cute.

I brought my 3 Yorkies to get groomed. It was my first time using Junior’s Puppyland. I was very pleased with their cuts, they smell great and the 2 boys came home with bandannas and the girl with pretty pink bows. I dropped them off at 8 and they were ready by 11. Great special prices too. I will be definitely use them again. For the people who commented about not speaking English all I did was use my translator on my my phone. Problem solved. You don’t have to speak English to groom a dog. The place was clean and very professional.

He smelled super good after his groom, was told the wait was about an hour to an hour and a half. What they said was correct. He looks so good and well taken care of. Thank you, I believe it was $30, but we have $40!!

Tried to make appointment for my 2 shih tzus buno one speaks English!! I couldn't even get prices or dates from him! Asked if the Brownsville salon spoke English but he said no!😡😡Got your response but your Harlingen office DOESNT speak English and said your office don't either!!Just called the Brownsville office and the gentleman that answered said no one spoke English!! You need to change your response to me!!😡😡

Took our family dog to get groomed, and we didn’t get our dog back until 6 hours later. The groomers made a courtesy call to us saying they hadn’t seen our dog in a while and asked if she was in need of grooming we had taken her twice before and she was in need g a full groom so we said “why not!” They said our dog would be ready 3 hours later and that was far from the truth. We stopped by the groomers to check on her and called multiple times while they were responsive we were worried that it was taking so long. Our dog is an older dog and she gets tired easily, she came back home tired, dehydrated and hungry we thought since she was there for so long they would have at least given her some water and that did not seem to be the case. Leaving this review because I would hate for someone else to be in this situation worried about their family pet only to find they’ve been mistreated. Our dog seemed so sad once she came back home and I would hate for anyone else to put their babies in this type of distress.

Tried calling today about their special and the man wasn’t bilingual. He didn’t care about speaking to us and just hung up. I’ve been here a few times and expected better treatment, speaking to them has never been an issue till now.
