I was in the drive thru lane for over 25 minutes before I even ordered! When , I finally got to the windows, I asked what the delay was, the young lady said nothing and just stared at me, it was weird. Nonetheless, when I got my order of 1 LG choc dipped cone, it was 1/2 melted. Come on, Dairy Queen, do better!!!

Normally a great place, but the last few times I've gone there, they have gotten the order wrong.. I tell the order twice- and they read it back correctly... I get my food and drive back to work to eat, and it's wrong. It's not like it's something I can just check quickly at the drive thru since I order the taco salad... I ask no beans and every time they have added beans.

Bad experience today that i went to dairy Queens on 77 in harlingen TX I ordered a hamburger with onion rings, the Onion rings were Very overcooked ,,My girlfriend ordered chicken tenders they were overcooked very hard... We ordered a Ice Cream sundae and we never got it . We have to go tell them we had ordered A Ice Cream sunda A very bad experience from This Place

It looks great remodeled. Blizzards are great, and they have some decent items on the menu. The Oreo Blizzard is my long time fav, but I recently tried the Royal Oreo Blizzard, and I was not liking it. Too much fudge, not enough Oreo. Good atmosphere, staff is friendly enough.

Waited in line for 20min while 1 car waited for their order. Instead of them making that car wait in a parking spot the let the line. Get absurdly long. We just left.

3/11/2024It's just not like it used to be. This management took over about a year or 2 ago and it has gone down hill. The service is terrible! Slow to take customer orders, they all stand around talking and avoiding customers. We were their 5 minutes and though we could see all 5 employees NO ONE wanted to acknowledge customers in the store. My friend yelled out 3 times though we were in EVERYONE'S eye view and THE ONLY ONES in the restaurant, and with hesitation one finally walked up to the cashier looking dazed and lost, in the middle of taking my order a young woman came to the register and started completing our order. No enthusiasm to work from any of these employees. One took her phone to the bathroom and came out texting. We did get our food fast. Just wish they were just as fast to take our order as they were to wipe down the table after we left even though I already wiped it down before we left ( my pet peeve leaving a table with crumbs ).

We love our DQ. Just wish they'd bring back the Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard. It was amazing! Disregard my pic for today 1-28-2021, they're always ready with ice cream, super friendly and food is good but today, they were out of ice cream! That's a Mickey D's thing to do, not DQ. Lol ;)

Came to the Dairy Queen on North 77th and it was not a very good experience. It sure has changed from the years when I used to work here i ha asked for extra tartar sauce on my sandwich and when I get my sandwich it didn't have extra tartar sauce so I go up to the counter and I said can I have a little bit of a tartar sauce and the girl tells me I need to pay 75 cents and I said I asked for extra tartar sauce and it wasn't put there and she goes yes it was I said I see the little smudges that's on it but that's not extra tartar sauce. She says there's a little container that use back there and they measure it so they used it all on on your sandwich. I couldn't believe that, arguing with a client about extra tartar sauce give me a break I will not be back. By the looks are those employees I can tell those women are putting the extras on their sandwiches🤔

I love the customer service but the food on the other hand its not worth what you pay for i got popcorn chicken it was cold and hard not even chewable not even after dripping it on sauce Burgers were alright. They didn't give me what I ordered only gave me 2 orders of fries instead of 3.

Food was great, correct and the seasonal blizzards are amazing!This is by far the best DQ in the valley.06/03/23. Favorite meal is the hunger buster Jr w jalapeños 08/12/23. Still da best! Also they offer patties. I ordered a couple for my dog since we were running late. He loved them ! That caramel fudge blizzard was 👌 👏 👍 😍

Under new management and he is doing a great job at keeping customers happy by asking if food was good. I also like the fact that he explains what comes with your sandwich and order. Definitely a new and awesome experience at my favorite dairy Queen.👍😃

Customer service is always great from the beginning when they take your order to the end when you pay. hot and fresh till you get home. The combos are all well made. The onion rings are the best. You can't beat them.

I haven't been home for over 5 years. This location holds a lot of nostalgia for me as my grandmother used to bring me here when I was a kid. It's nice to see that the entire restaurant has had a complete face-lift since I last ate here about 20 years ago. Even so, sitting in the old spot brought back a lot of memories. I am so glad that this location is still open.
