Spent $692. The manager came up and told me about the return policy and needing receipts when I never asked. I'm a rewards member. They could look up the receipt anyway if that's what I needed to do. She implied that I would be returning the gear, and I did not appreciate it. I told her it wasn't my intention to return these items, and she said, "I'll be on the lookout." I tried to buy 2 annual fishing passes for my wife and I, but they got the name wrong even after providing ID. Another customer service woman acted like a manager, so I spoke with her about it. She said there was nothing they could do we'd have to call about it Monday. I told her I wouldn't buy them and handed the licenses back. She snatched them back and didn't hand my poles back from behind the counter and walked off. They were very rude, but I needed the equipment so I bought it anyway.

I really love this shop, sadly since 2015 it seem to have not put much into it's community holiday events😒😥 like they did before. Especially in the Christmas 🎄 time. Still a great shop for all your sports needs & outdoors.

Almost everything that you need for outdoors. We had a great experience with Tony's help today in the Footwear Department. He was very nice and patient with us asking for different shoes in specific sizes. I bought my hiking shoes for our camping trip in Cali. 😁The rest of the staff that we bumped into on our way out was also very nice and approachable. If you have time, check out the clearance!! There's lots on sale right now, but I didn't have time to browse.I noticed that the parking lot lights are off when it's dark out. Maybe the timer needs to be adjusted? Either way, management should look into it. If not, just a heads up to customers here when the sun goes down.. The parking lot is VERY dark; be careful..

Amazing experience I had today with bass pro shop boat manager!!! My boat steering wheel was not working and I called and he explained to me why this happens I went in and Wow it was fixed! YAY! I totally recommend you buying a boat there. This is the true meaning of customer service THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 😊

What can i say about Bass Pro? Always a great place, what i do miss are the restaurant and the food! Fresh cinnamon pecans, ice cream cones. COVID is gone, time to bring back the reasons we love to shop there!

Another nice Bass pro shops. They are very consistent in their cleanliness, service, and availability of goods. One it the plastic nose pieces on my eye glasses broke and the nice gentleman at the eye wear station tried to help me, but unfortunately couldn’t due to not having the size I needed.

Nice place, plenty of options to choose from for fishing, camping, hunting etc... Eye glass dept had staff and very helpful. Footwear dept had no one providing service, we had to go find someone to help. Out of 10 cashiers only three were open on a Saturday. Each had 20 customers deep, super super slow service...waited over 30 minutes to be checked out. Michael is extremely slow, he may need to be assigned to do another job, store manager may need to be replaced given he/she was no where to improve service.

Great place for any kind of outdoor sports gear. Also a fun place to browse and check out lots of live and stuffed wildlife. They have a full restaurant , bar and bowling alley. Great for the whole family. Took our 93 year old dad for the first time. He loved it!

Guys I use to love and wait all year long to visit Bass Pro during the holidays. No more winter wonder land, no candy shop and Santa you wait for your pictures like 30 to 45 minutes for seconds with Santa. Sorry Bass Pro management but if you guys don't get on the ball they will close this location soon and forever.

Bass Pro Shops is always picture perfect. I'm so glad we live near this store because we love coming in just to walk around or if we need fishing gear or a gift for someone, this place has what we need. We do miss the fudge, ice cream and sugared pecans. Oh, and the bowling alley...we miss that too.

Well was excited today to do some Christmas shopping for myself. I went bass pro shop today and they had the firearm their that had been sold out for some time the man that help me rick was amazing and polite. Once I selected the 3 firearms I wanted to purchase they had me fill out the atf forms with this young man Marco who was more interested in his cell phone then helping out a active duty Sailor in uniform. I fill the forms out by myself trying to understand the verbiage. I asked for the young man to explain the questions so I didn’t mess it up. Long story short I can not purchase firearms from bass pro shop indefinitely. The customer service from this guy has lead to me being banned. So I will no longer shop bass pro. I love the store and the people but the policy for a mistake on a form is ridiculous. Thank you for reading my review

I travel alot all across this great nation. I go to alot of sporting goods stores. Have to say, being 10 miles from Mexico, this is the best stocked Bass Pro Shop I've been in When it comes to weapons and ammunition, they are the full meal deal! Have to wonder if its due to the closeness of several International crossings into Mexico?? Makes you ponder the cartel connection but I digress. Really nice store, definitely under staffed and the staff available could use some customer service training. With the Military discount the prices are reasonable. They carry most all caliber ammunition and with plenty of options from FMJ to hollow points in most calibers. They have a plethora of weapons as well. The gun counter can get very busy, so take a number. Their website doesn't always align with stock on hand. In conclusion. I'd say 99.9% of the older folks in the store are carrying. Not the place to act a Fool.... Plotted. Scouts screening..

We had a great time at Bass Pro shop! Their bowling alley is beautiful. It is decorated to look like the sea, with a shipwreck bar in the middle. They have two huge fish tanks, one in the bar and the biggest one in the store. I loved the animal paw prints on their floor! Their staff was very nice and helpful.
