I go to this location between 3-5 times a day. Besides one experience with the actual Store Managers 7-eleven rewards lack of knowledge, she felt more correct by not accepting my use of the rewards.Otherwise, great people and place.

It was early morning before 5 AM and I was hungry, was going to buy two Roller Grilled items for the advertized price of $2.29 and the Cashier wanted to charge me the Regular price and would not price match the sign that was in front of the Roller Grilled items, instead of Price matching. The Cashier removed the sign instead, the Cashier needs training in customer service and how to price match advertised pricing.

Stopped by to get a lunch plate. The chicken was so bad; dry and wasn't very tasty. I didn't really see much variety in the choices for lunch items.

I went just to get two tacos the kitchen was understaffed, dry burnt mole, dry chicken fajita along w beef fajit even the carb guisada was nasty. The girls there both gave me attitude and dirty looks the whole time ignored me asking for my taco but would only answer my boyfriend and we’re friendlier to him than they were to me. I asked the general manager if they were understaffed he laughed and said “I think. Wanna apply” like no I asked the lady to make the beef fajita bc the first batch was nasty dry and all that and she still gave me the old fajita and it was disgusting.

I bought beer from this stripes and it was expired and the workerd refused to exchange it and wouldn't even call a manager not to mention one had a real smart attitude. Not happy at all with the way they handeled themselves.
