If I could give less stars, I would. I had the worst experience trying to get my dog groomed on Monday. The individual in question, seemed extremely lazy and only wanted to shave my dog bear, which is not what I wanted and I expressed that. I have never had someone treat my dog so poorly during an “inspection” before taking him back for grooming. She was being very rough with him and then complained that he wasn’t enjoying her roughness during this inspection. She complained of matting everywhere on his body, To justify not having to brush him. From my observation, there was no matting, he just has a lot of hair. It seemed that she only wanted to say that to justify her clear laziness, and not wanting to perform a proper grooming. I ended up taking my dog home with me at the end of the day because if she was treating him that way while I was there, I can only imagine how she would be treating him when I was not around. This type of person is definitely not a dog lover and should not be grooming anyone’s dog. I advise everyone to take their dogs elsewhere, if you care about them. I would never frequent this establishment again for any reason, products, grooming, or otherwise.

Watch out they'll charge you for bags. I know this is a thing in bigger cities but it would have been nice to get asked if I wanted to pay for a bag. It's not even the money that's an issue it's the principal of the matter. Don't charge me for something that you didn't even care to mention, in my opinion it's theft.

Great place to get your pets needs. They have from your typical dog/cat items/needs to exotic pet needs/items. They have a great fish/invertebrate choices with both saltwater and freshwater animals. They have live plants for your aquarium along with other fake to real decor. Amazing choices of tank setups and items. They have wonderful food and toys for birds, dogs, and cats. There are a few nitpicks that I would like to tell. Sometimes birds beaks aren't taken care of. Some fish look ill or been picked on. Bettas live inside little plastic containers until sold. Other than those few things it's a wonderful store! Excellent customer service and all have interests in pets. I have went to their grooming and they do a great job! Here are a couple pictures of the animals they have that I found were cool!

I went to Petco to look for some flea and tick meds. I noticed two fleas on my fur baby. I was looking for something inexpensive. Lynette helped me find this product. She was such a sweetheart. She even gave me some tips for future reference! Thank you Lynette!!

Petco employees were very helpfulThank you so much. There was another employee that was so nice to me unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but was working in the aquarium section. Jerry was extremely kind and helped me get the cat tree in my vehicle.

The lady was very helpful. I had brought a gift card that was actually for PetSmart and I felt really stupid but she didn't bat an eye at it. Very sweet Lady

I brought my dog, Gracie, in on the wrong day, but the grooming department staff figured out how to work her in, which was a pleasant surprise. Then they absolutely knocked it out of the part in doing exactly what Gracie needed based on her breed. Thank you so much!!! Looking forward to seeing you all in the near future.

There's a few items for hermit crabs, and the employees were nice. There is a fair amount of hermit crabs here who need homes. I have rescued a few, and was hoping to find items for them. Never any hermit crab shells when I go in. But I did get this big fella the other day! He's brought life to my other crabbies! Next time I hope the employees aren't complaining about people coming in on "aquatics day". It seemed like I was bothering them when I needed to pick out this crabby!

Prices are quite high. I would recommend going somewhere else. Staff avoided us and didn’t know where to find things in the store when we could find one that would talk to us.

I am really happy with all the services that Petco offers. And they have a very extensive inventory of pet products. But why the hell did they find it necessary to charge customers 10 cents each for a plastic bag so you can take home the overpriced merchandise that you bought? Just saying.

Anna has always provided 200% quality care for my Rosalita. She is gentle, sweet, and always makes time for her. I just don't know what I would do without her. I feel that Rosalita receives the best grooming care Petco has to offer and she absolutely reacts well to Anna. Just love her to bits, and the care she provides means so much to me and my family.

Very clean store. Staff is sincere when anyone asks for help and I haven't seen one staff member be rude or roll their eyes. The groomers are also busy with their clients and I've never seen any abuse towards any of the animals.

DO NOT BUY GOLD FISH FROM HERE!!! i got 11 fish 5 gold fish 5 minnows and 1 fantail gold fish this fish were sick and I lost a lot of expensive fish lost 8 fish in 1 night I just bought these fish the day before yesterday there sick and made fish I had for months die do not buy these fish they are sick!!

Elyse the pet care manager with blue hair is the worst. they sold us asick bird that was dying , they blamed us and said we should ofbrought it in sooner , we brought her right when they opened today when wenotice she was lethargicand dying. Every time I bring my dogs here, I never get the haircut I want for them. They always end up shaved. They refuse to take the time to brush out any matted fur and just shave them.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I was horrified when I saw how many bearded dragons they had in ONE enclosure together! It does not matter if they are from the same clutch they are NOT meant to co habitat even as babies! There is a reason why some were bigger and some we super skinny and looked like they were about to die. Absolutely disgusting. Laughed when I saw above the reptile tanks it says "petco where pets come first" and "petco cares about pets" HA! you only care about the money and NOT THE ACTUAL ANIMALS! Majority of the time people spend money on reptiles just to be given improper care advice and then their reptile dies due to health issues because of they are treated at the store! Worst than petsmart in my opinion! None of the big named pet stores actually care about the animals and its absolutely disgusting how anyone could be okay with innocent animals dying and suffering!!!

Great selection of fish & fish tank decor, especially the Beta Fish.My 6 yr. old daughters older beta had recently died so we were able to cheer her up with a brand new Beta, but even more adorable we were able to find a Baby Girl Beta so she can actually see this one grow / raise it. Its seriously super adorable & was just $4. :)

The visit was pretty cool. They actually gave a larger inventory of animals than Pet Smart had. My kids, my husband, and I went to get pet parakeet and koi beta. We we helped in a timely fashion and the pricing was cheaper than I thought. We'll definitely be back in the future for more pets.

I paid for training package at this facility and we loved it, until the trainer resigned which isn’t her fault. The issue was how management handled it. No one called to notify me that there was no longer a trainer and my training wouldn’t be happening. Only reason I found out was because I called myself 20 minutes before the class was about to begin just to make sure it was even happening. The manager said she was “too busy” and “hasn’t had time to call or notify anyone” however you think they would prioritize the people who had training that week schedule so we don’t waste our time. Then when I asked for a refund for the training I was no longer going to be receiving she said no because we already had 1 level complete out of the FOUR! Which is outrageous and they said they maybe had a trainer coming but no official date in site and no solution to the problem. They said they could maybe transfer me to temple which is a 45 min drive for us so that’s not going to work. I asked to speak to customer service and she said fine do you want the number and I said yes and she said well I don’t know it so I’ll have to google it, which I can do myself obviously. So I called customer service and a girl answered the phone saying she was customer service and then the manager took the phone from her and said “ did you not find the customer service number?” Which I replied with yes I did someone answered and she said “we’ll she’s not really customer service she just answered like that” so now you have employees pretending to be customer service and she said she wasn’t pretending she works on the floor which isn’t the same service so I still was confused. She then said “do you want the number or not?” So I took the number asked for her name and the other employees name and hung up. I spoke with the REAL customer service for 5 minutes explaining and they were able to refund my money. Absolutely ridiculous workers there with no respect, no training horrible integrity. Will never ship there again. Pet smart will have my money from now on.

We love Ms Reba... She is Shadow's favorite groomer and even though he was a brat yesterday she always treats him like her best friend. I love that she's always willing to adjust her schedule to take him on.
