Dr. Ramesar is carefully thorough with my doodles! We’ve seen her for well over 7 years now with our original fur baby, Rocky Banjo. We now have two doodles and Stella & Mac seem to appreciate her care. Stella is usually pretty nervous for Vet visits but lights up when she sees her doctor. We drive from Jarrell now to see her since we’ve recently moved but know our Doodles love her. It’s a huge bonus that she is also a chiropractor! There’s so much that chiropractic care can do for the well-being of our four legged friends and we’re glad she not only understands, but went out of her way to master it for all of her patients!

Overall I was pleased with the service I received. I was confused by the fact that you could wait in the car upon arrival. The wait time was reasonable for the number of people there. Questions were answered. The price for the visit was as expected, the care was very good. The quote for neutering my dog is much more than I expected.

I have a senior dog who has medical problems and arthritis. I am so thankful for Dr Ramesar’s patience with my questions and all of the medical changes my dog has. I also appreciate that she tells me about new treatments for arthritis along with her monthly adjustments. I can’t begin to explain the change I see in my dog after she has a chiropractic treatment. I know this is just a picture of a dog but she is just happier and much more mobile thanks to Dr Ramesar and Pet Medical Center. They go above and beyond to make sure my girl is well taken care of! 👧🏻❤️🐩

My cat, Einstein, was coughing and I called to make him an appointment. As his cough got worse, I called to let them know and they were actually able to get me in earlier. Dr. Ayala was so kind and walked me through everything that needed to be done, and answered all my questions. Everyone I encountered there was so kind and helpful, and I'm so grateful that we're able to give Einstein the care he needs because of their knowledge. They're very kind and patient with a nervous and scared 14 year old cat, and equally as kind and patient to it's nervous owner. I'm so glad I decided to go here.

The Technician Amber and Doctor Coburn took their time with my dog. He’s super sweet but very anxious and afraid of people. They were very patient, spending time with him and doing their best to calm him and not to cause more unnecessary fear. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician and doctor to take care of my dog. Thank you so much. I will be coming back to you for all of Mushu’s needs.

Starting going here a few years ago with my 3 dogs, and Dr. Maldonado is just the best! She never pushes her beliefs on you and actually listens to you and your concerns and will always give as many options as possible when it comes to certain decisions within reason. She’s so kind and understanding and explains everything very well especially with my senior dog who recently has been having normal aging things come up which has been emotional for me and she has just been great!

Never seen on time. They expect you to come early just so you can be seen 30 minutes late. Waste your time like it's their time to waste. It would have been better to call me and reschedule me than to waste my time. One time is excusable, but two times is a habit.

Dr. Maldonado has taken very special care of my female cat Midnight. My sweet baby is the offspring of a stray cat. Midnight was abandoned after a spring storm on 2023 and mom didn't come back. I found her in my backyard when she was approximately 1 or 2 days old. Ears folded and humbilical cord still attached.She has allergies that often flare up and Dr Maldonado has been able to keep her stable. I am very lucky, being a first time cat mom, to have this wonderful doctor for my little one because she explains everything that I need to know clearly so I can be a good mom to Midnight.

First visit was awesome got seen on time .Vet was kind ,knowledgeable and patient even with the 100 questions I asked. Price was more than competitive and I be willing to pay what’s needed no issue but don’t want to be taken advantage and here they don’t. The office was clean and inviting. And there understanding of a dog will chronic issues at age 13 They will now be our permanent Vet. Been to a few around here each one lacking something where here seems to be the whole package glad I found this place and I highly recommend it

We love PMC! They are our normal vet for our three dogs and this last visit they saved our middle dog’s life. She had an obstruction and they went above and beyond to help us and do surgery on her. She is our only dog that can sense when my blood sugar is low from my Type 1 Diabetes before my sensors even register, so having her back home when we thought we wouldn’t is a huge blessing ! We are beyond thankful for their entire team and love and care that they have for all the animals.

Most people will give a whole lot less stars, but things can be out of control.As of almost 2 years, I always call in advance for my dogs allergy shots to ensure there is enough medicine available for him (almost 100lbs).Unfortunately when I called on the day before, Wednesday last week; a new girl answering the phones and said they would take care of him... Unfortunately she did not check the medications availability. When we got there Thursday, my dog was rejected due to an inadequate supply available.Whose to say what happened?Another allergy pet ould of came in before us between the conversation? It could of been a miscommunication?Hopefully the medication will be there this week.My dog, along with myself love the staff at Pet Medical Center. They have always done a fabulous job, are doing a fabulous job, do a fabulous job.

It was very easy to get a last minute appointment at Pet Medical Center when my 9 week old Pomeranian was seeming ill, and the staff and vet were all very helpful and friendly! Overall it was as good an experience as a trip to the vet can be.

We’ve been using PMC for several years now. The staff here are polite and accommodating - even worked with me despite running late to our appointment. The online scheduling is an appreciated convenience. If you need a vet, they’re worth a look.

My poor cat had a dental issue and they got us seen quickly and scheduled for a cleaning a few days out. When there was a cancelation they called me and got us into that cancelation spot next day. They listened to my concerns and took really good care of my baby.

I had a wonderful experience. I recently adopted a puppy and did the puppy exam. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable cost of services and very pleased with the staff. Had a pleasant time here. They took care of my cat Kled and assisted us with getting his anxiety medication. They also helped us get his certificate so we can go overseas. Definitely recommend this place
