Absolutely recommend Fence USA! I am grateful for the support and the efforts. We had an unfortunate situation with our fence and Fence USA took care of everything. We've moved from Killeen, but as a Retired Fort Hood Soldier and Veteran, I just want to say companies like Fence USA bring back the great memories of hospitality and great customer service. Fence USA did an awesome job installing our metal privacy fence. It looks great! Fence USA installed a metal privacy fence on a previous property we had, so we went with them again. We were one of the first in the neighborhood to get it done. Sixteen years later that fence still looks good and it’s functioning great! Don’t go anywhere else! Thank you Fence USA crew! Despite previous reviewer comments, I had Fence USA come out and work up an estimate for my fence project. They beat the 6 other bids I had for fence work and were very straightforward and informative about the project. The front office staff, crew, and on-site supervisor were easy to contact and great about keeping me informed. The entire project stayed on track with the proposed timeline - no issues. Give them a call!Update 2022: Years after my fence install, the ground had shifted/settled over time causing my gate to become misaligned badly enough that we couldn't get the latch to close properly. I called up Fence USA and the owner himself came to take a look at the problem. He immediately identified the issue and sent out a crew to fix it free of charge. As I've said before, great service and great people - a rare find in a lot of businesses today!

They did a fantastic job on our metal privacy fence. The entire crew was quick, professional, and courteous. The attention to detail in the fence construction is excellent. They even made small additions and repairs to the neighbors' fences to ensure they all butted up flush. And they handled the slope in our backyard with no issues. Called multiple times during their open hours with no answer. Left a voicemail asking for an estimate for a fence replacement with my name, phone number and location. They didn’t call back. Ended up getting an estimate someplace else.

I called them and arranged to get an estimate. They were ok with going when nobody was at location since i dont get off work before they close. Since then i cant contact anyone there. Just voicemail and no returned calls. Very unprofessional since its been over a week since the appointment.
