The manager is awesome, and so is the staff. The new renovation to the store is a huge asset to our little community. They have the store not only looking wonderful but set up in a way that is so convenient. It's always so clean and always has everything I need in stock. If there were more stars to give them I would most definitely give them more than five.

went in night manager was very welcoming as well as the new trainee was doing her job on the second day like I've seen some take a week to get to that point obviously we've got some amazing managers at this location and they're starting to hire some amazing girls to add to the amazing team they already have we have one slacking over there but hopefully that person slacking on the job I've seen that's a record for Dollar General usually it's not just one that person needs to find another job no names.

👀The young fella whose name tagged “ghost” is a real example of an employee for a buisness in farming town full of elderly folks & children let me tell you. His pornographic xrated hiphop was right on time for the locals on my last trip. Heaven help him when the wrong local young Dad brings his child in & has to hear that garbage🎬😏🤷‍♂️

Idiotic cashier who I see almost every visit never helps and is not the brightest, unfortunately. Typically a tad rude and disrespectful. Not a fan.

Always extremely busy & rarely have both registers open so it's never a quick trip! This store has a lot of merch with narrow ailse & feels very cramped. Although the variety & quantity of products are great there is just not enough space for it all. I think the layout of shelves could be changed to better accommodate & display the merchandise making items easier to find & feeling less cramped. Or move some of the inventory to nearby stores like the Liberty location which has alot of wasted space not being utilized.

So unorganized. Overstocked. Can't even walk through. I made a comment on how unorganized the "sale" they were having was (it was all in bins in the parking lot and you had to bring in each item to ask the price 🤦🤦.. also you had to tell them if you got an item out of the sales bins and they would change the price when you checked out..) it made the cashier so mad that she refused to wait on me and sent me to the other line 😂🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I had no clue she would take it personally! It seemed more like a corporate problem than something to take personal. Either way she was super rude and the store needs MAJOR guidance from higher up.

Everything I needed was in stock and the shelves were tidy. All though this location has an odd floor plan. If it's not your home DG it may make you feel lost.

Dollar General has upgraded its store so well, I can shop here for everything I need and save money too. And since I live way out of town, it saves me from having to go all the way into the bigger town to shop. Thanks Dollar General.

Really good Dollar Aisle and all of their employees are nice, except for the one with the short hair and dark completion. Don't know if they are a man or woman

There was an odor near the produce area. Some aisles were impassable, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Has the worst customer service. They are rude, and refuse to help a customer. I will go to moss hill or batson before I ever step foot in Hardin store again.
