I don't know why the staff are so rude and unhelpful. If there was anywhere else close I would go there. Talked to a few people and they feel the same way. A little kindness and customer service goes a long way.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. A while back 2 of the young women helped us search for specific type of light bulb forever. We found one but it wasent the right one and they have us a refund with no problems at all.. Recently I was very greatful to the man that works in the paint section. He went out of his way to help us figure out what we needed to get to get the job done. He helped us with finding the color that we needed and waited patiently while we searched the whole store over and over to find the correct color turquoise so he could scan it and match the paint to it. He was very patient and kind and answered all of our questions and that is it wasent the correct color we could bring it back and he could add more colors to achieve a exact match. All of the cashiers are really kind and helpful as well and the selection for a small town is not bad at all. We really enjoy coming here for all of our hardware/painting/DIYS Projects.This is a great store...

Great small town store with a little.of everything. Saves a long trip to the big box stores. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to help you find what you need...or suggest other options to solve your problem.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Have almost anything you could need for a project. Only negative is a little high priced. But that's normal for being so far out. Sale prices are great.

Everytime I go to Higginbotham's I am greeted by Staff & if I am off by myself just looking Staff always comes up to ask if they can help me find something & unlike many places today Staff gives you the freedom to browse but if their assistance is needed they have always been more than happy to help in any way they can.This is a large building & I can only imagine how hard it is to keep clean & yet it is. Only drawback is it's a bit more pricey than I'd like to pay but I will pay it. Especially, to support Our Town of Hamilton. Prop's Richard 👍👏🙏
