This place is by far the best out of the 4 processors I’ve been to! They have a wide selection of options for processing, let the meat hang for an appropriate amount of time, and give you more meat back than the others. They have raised their prices over the past few years though, especially with gutting it, but it’s worth it.

I travel 70 miles to get my deer processed here and they never disappoint. I let my friends try the summer sausage and it’s never enough! Everything I get back is superb. Id travel 100 miles just to get my deer processed here!

First time ordering half a beef, they were extremely helpful, guided me through the process. After placing my order, shopped around, bought a few pork items, hurried home and fixed the german sausage. Best I've had in a long time. Reminded me of my venture raising and processing hogs in Oklahoma. Driving from Waco took a bit, but the drive was well worth it. Looking forward to picking up the beef and getting some more german sausage.

Hamilton Quality Meats does a phenomenal job processing deer. We’ve taken at least 25 deer to them over the years and we are never disappointed. Their prices are great too! I took one star off because the last 2-3 times we were there, they were very rude. Usually everyone there is so kind and pleasant, but here lately they’ve been short with people and seem annoyed to have to deal with customers. I ended up taking our last deer of the season this year to a different processor because of it. Hopefully next season is better because Hamilton Quality Meats is definitely where we PREFER to have our deer processed.

Best place to get your animals butchered. Always does great work. Also you can just stop in and buy steaks, burger, summer sausage. And I have to say they have some.of the best summer sausage out there its great. They have breakfast sausage and all kinds of stuff. Great meat butcher

This meat market is exceptional. Their summer sausage is the best I have ever eaten. The meat that they have to sell is really good. They butchered a hog for us and it is exactly what I ordered. The smoked pepper bacon is awesome.

The name doesn't lie; these are some quality meats! It's a must-stop on the road between Ft Worth and San Antonio for my family. Their Jerky is always the highlight of the occasion, especially the hickory variety. A prime example of the quality you get when you shop small and local!

We were passing thru Hamilton while RVing. The Green Chile Cheese Summer Sausage is some where close to Heavenly. Excellent meats and sausages. The mistake I made was spending only $60. Highly recommend a stop at this shop.

They process meat you bring in, right now because of season only deer.They also sell meat. Fresh. It comes in, they process and vacuum seal, and freeze. One word: Wagyu. Damn amazing place. I will be frequenting it.They also had some salmon and catfish.

On a scale of 1-10, their bacon is a 9.5.. the best I have ever tasted. The jerky is also very good, about an 8.

They only sell beef, pork, and chicken. It’s some of the freshest & best quality meats you’ll find anywhere. Plus, most of their prices are lower than Walmart!
