The past few times we have gone to this Sonic, I have ordered mozzarella sticks or cheddar peppers. It shows that ranch or marinara automatically comes with it, but I still add extra to my order. Even when adding extra to my order, I have never gotten the sauce the first time the food comes out. I always have to ask for it. We also like to order “easy ice” with our drinks and we are never given that. Ice is always full to the top.

Sonic is a great place to get drinks and snacks for your entire family. Most of the time they are friendly and genuinely helpful. Today was different, they were not really busy, 3 other cars there plus myself and I had to push the red button 3 times in a 20 minute window. Another car arrived after me and was waited on very quickly. Myself and another customer in a truck were waiting. The food was good thankfully. Just odd for the wait.

I literally just Ordered a BLT and I got this!!! Boy was I mad!!!!!! One peice of bacon and beyond Burnt at that, hardly no lettuce. Might I add I left a tip too. Ugh I feel so played.

The atmosphere is comfortable because it's yours 😃. Car hops are good like that. I got a breakfast burrito and it was pretty good. Not gourmet but really good for fast food. And I've had a breakfast burrito from a sonic in Longview that I couldn't eat because the sauce was horrible, so yeah it does matter which one you go to.I got a route 44 diet cherry limeade. These are so thirsty quenching, but this time there was so much ice that I got very little drink with my big ol cup.

We ordered 2 drinks (a medium and a large) on the app and once we got there had to wait approximately 20 minutes for someone to bring it out. We even pushed the button for service after about 15 minutes and was told our drinks would be right out, but waited another 5 minutes after that.I understand businesses are short-staffed, but at the time we pulled up there was only 1 other vehicle there.

So I went to get 2 drinks and that’s it. I got a butterfinger blast and a slushy. It took way too long. They were moving at snail pace I was watching them. And the girl “shawtay” had the most rude attitude the whole time, as she slammed the drive thru window, just said “ here you go” in a rude tone as she handed me my card. Honestly sick of the disrespect. Y’all need to teach your employees some customer service, or quit hiring the first person you see.

Customer service was great, food order was relatively on time, but the location itself is not well maintained which makes me question the inside working conditions and machine upkeep!The speaker box hasn't been working, the outside credit card machine wasn't working, the parking lot has massive cracks and holes. Management needs to invest on upkeep and maintenance. Impressions count!!

The worst! I have given this location chance after chance but after tonight I will never come here again. We ordered ahead through the app and still waited 45 minutes for ice cold food AND got attitude from the car hop when I went inside to ask for a refund. I get it now that customers are not allowed inside (maybe try putting up a sign that says employees only??) but no one was answering the call button so what am I supposed to do?? Horrible experience!!! Spend your money elsewhere. I sure will be!

Recently visited and the wait was 15+ minutes. Which would've been fine if there were a lot of people there, but they weren't even at half capacity. I ended up having to go through the drive through to get my order taken. The staff was lovely and polite, I think they just might have been understaffed that day. For the most part I have had good experiences with this establishment. Must've just gone in on a bit of an off day.

Don't go through the drive-thru expecting to get a drink quickly. Several times I went through there to get one drink and it is taken 8 to 10 minutes. Partly because people order food in the Drive-Thru but mostly because the staff likes to chit chat with their friends at the drive-thru window.

I keep coming here and I don’t know why. I usually don’t get food, just two-three drinks which I order ahead on the app. They aren’t even complicated drinks, usually no extra flavors, just a soda. It is regularly a 15 minute wait. And I ordered ahead, like I said. I stopped using the drive-in part because they forgot to deliver to me so many times! They would mark that the carhop was on the way and 5-10 minutes later, no one. I would page them again and they’d say, oh so sorry, we forgot, we will bring it now! So I started using the drive-thru and just checking in there. Nope. Still gonna wait 10-15 minutes, sometimes 20 if it’s really bad. I don’t get it. I keep coming because the large drinks are so cheap on the app, but I’ve gotten to where my time is more valuable than the savings. 20 minutes to save $1.45? I’ll just go to whataburger or heck drive up 968 and go to that sonic. Bet I’d still get home faster.

You guys are absolutely ridiculous. First time I came, hardly anyone there. Ordered 2 drinks and it took FOREVER! Came again today and I knew not to. Ordered several drinks, no food. A few people there so I was patient but 20 minutes later, no drinks, and multiple people had gone through the drive through. I place my orders on the mobile app so you would think they would appreciate that but I feel like I’m being tortured lol for using it. I then noticed people on the other side getting their drinks AND food and I had been there way longer. I FINALLY hit the intercom button and a girl comes running out with my drinks. Nobody answered me so I know y’all totally forgot about my drinks. When I say you guys SU$$, that is an understatement. Get it together folks! Other Sonics in the area do not have this problem. As I am waiting for my food, I pull up your reviews and there it is, I’m not the only one who thinks you SU$$. I am typically a patient person but I literally wanted to pull my hair out over frustration. I am DONE with you!!!

I have eaten at this establishment several times over the last several months. The customer service keeps falling short every time. I was ready to place my order and pushed the red button only to have the light rejected. I pushed the button yet again, and the carhop come over the speaker and took my order only to keep asking me what i said over and over again. I am not sure what she was doing in the establishment, but it i know it was not paying attention to the customers order. After the order was placed, the carhop did not repeat the order and gave me a total only. Therefore, I missed the mistake that was made due to the fact that the screen that contained my order before I had a chance to read it went to the payment screen. After a short period of time, the carhop that came to my car and delivered my order. Before I left, I checked the order and it was incorrect due to the fact that the carhop taking my order wasn't really paying attention(NO THERE WAS NOT A TRAIN ANYWHERE TO BE HEARD). So I drove back through the drive thru, and the carhop that answered the window asked what she could do for me. I politely told her that the order was misheard and she started yelling across the kitchen. What she was asking the crew was unintelligible. To keep her from yelling, I had to order AND PAY for the food item that was not ordered properly. I then has to wait almost 10 Minutes for the food item to be made. The carhop then handed me the order that i placed and I told her that it was sad that I had to pay for a simple mistake. As I was still talking to her, she simply told me to have a good night and slammed the door in my face. I have never in my life been treated that way by someone in a food establishment. Very poor communication skills, very poor customer service, very poor service and management was never notified about the situation nor did anyone apologize. I will not be returning to this business again.

We waited probably 20 minutes for our in app order. Once our food arrived it was cold and drenched in grease. I will never return. I understand the workers may be you g but have some respect for your customers.

Ordered 3x Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast Burritos with extra zesty cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. I received my order cold, with no cheese at all, and product looked dried inside and out. I called the store and the manager told me to come back and they would remake the order so I did and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just to receive another cold order. I called back to the store again to demand a refund and was given an 800 number. Called back to sonic once more to get managers name and was hung up on. Managers name is Jaimie I do believe. I really hate to complain about these matters but this was unacceptable.

I Ordered a MEDIUM #1 (Sonic Cheeseburger (NO PICKLES or ONIONS), Tots, and a Sweet Tea). There were only about 6-8 total customer vehicles in the parking...About 10 minutes after the screen stated that they were on the way with my order, I still had not received it, so I went into the building and asked...I was given the excuse that they had "cleared" the screen early and they were still waiting for my burger to finish getting ready...About 2 minutes after I got back into my truck (I was in Stall # 1), they come out with my order...DID NOT receive any ketchup for my tots, NO napkins, NO peppermint, NO salt/pepper. My tots were also cold.I realize that most of the employees are high school age to early 20's, but COMMON SENSE is completely gone...anyone with even a small amount of COMMON SENSE, should know that when an order contains any type of side that most people use ketchup with, a couple packets of ketchup should automatically be dropped into the bag...Napkins should AUTOMATICALLY be added to the bag 1st thing after opening the bag. The NO Salt/Pepper or the NO Peppermint was and is not that big a deal because I carry Peppermints in my truck for when I have the hick ups.Customers should not have to request any of the items mentioned above. The sauces (Marinara, Ranch, BBQ, etc.), I could understand having to request those, but Ketchup, and Mustard should automatically be added to the bag. Customer Service at this location is getting utterly ridiculous.Appearance of the establishment was also in poor shape...stall order signage falling out, stalls had Out of Order menu screens, concrete drive full of pot holes and cracks.

Went for a ride to ease my stress. Found this Sonic on my drive. Food hot and fresh. Hometown atmosphere. Made the ride worth it. #1 burger combo with onion rings and sprite. Yummy 😋

I ordered some boneless Buffalo wings and the first batch had a splash of sauce, I bought it back and was given in under 2 minutes ice cold wings smothered in cold sauce. I then got a refund. There were no other cars and at least 2 staff members. They really just don't care and it seems to be a theme at the fast food places in Hallsville. I suggest driving up the road to the location on Eastman/ 80.

By far the worst would recommend anywhere else. I waiting 10 min in drive through no response went to stall wait another 10 min after I pushed the button still no response watched everyone else get served. I'll let you make your own assumptions about all that .

This time we just left. All we ordered was 2 sweet teas. 3 cars were there and 10 min later we drove off with no drinks. We went last week and waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. I think we will just stick to dairy queen. The teenagers just walk around in sonic looking lost
