I ask you, how hard is it to not put lettuce on a "grilled chicken sandwich, no lettuce"?Three times, I've ordered this in drive-thru and got a sandwich with what must be extra lettuce.Today, I ordered at the counter. I told them about my past experiences. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, no lettuce. I watched as the woman in the kitchen made my sandwich and opened a fresh bag of lettuce.READ. THE. TICKET.

Very good chicken strip combo, you do get gravey,fries,toast in one. Not like Whatabuger you are charge different prices instead of offering a combo for a higher price.The place could use a cleaning ,trash can front dirty, Christmas decorations still in windows

I often enjoy the service here but today was not it I believe the person so quite upset me was a man. Codrell or cadrell was talking with very foul language. I overheard him talking about beat somebody and I believe I also heard him talk about shooting somebody. That is no way an employee should talk especially when you have customers around. Even at one point they didn’t even acknowledge me a young girl finally came over to help and she had some guy hovering over her shoulder don’t know if he was new or something but seemed like he wasn’t even doing work. But of course a few weeks ago I had a visit here and often saw the employees literally putting dropped food back in the cup. Now that is highly unsanitary.but of course not my business. My problem is the man making threats to harm someone and lord I do hope they weren’t towards me. But so sorry Dairy Queen you lost a customer won’t be coming back to such a hostile environment

Hallsville DQ has terribly declined. The food was fair this time, but not typical DQ quality. We waited over a half hour to get one meal of chicken strips to go. Meanwhile, one of the girls working in there started moppjng at our table and directly under our feet approximately an hour before closkng time. When we received our meal, the "toast" was just warm bread with butter... not toasted. We also requested honey mustard instead of gravy and still received gravy. When I showed the young ladies who worked there, they decided to laugh. Apparently, they think errors of your order are funny. One young lady named "Shania" that was previously laughing at our valid complaints decided to start cussing at us and threatened to through some ice cream or something at us...yeah, wow...how's that for customer service?? Then, we asked for the manager who just apologized and said that she owed us a meal due to her employee's obnoxious behavior. I would not recommend eating here if it were the only restaurant open in Hallsville. No more DQ for me and my family. We used to eat here approximately 3-4 times a month (especially during football season). They have lost our business forever. Never again.

Let me start by suggesting you clean the porch, the windows and paint your drive through window. If your kitchen resembles it I am disgusted. I waited 20 minutes for my food today. I understand it was the lunch hour but when I got my take out bag open, my chicken strip basket was soggy and meat on the taco salad we ordered was cold. Glad I took it home because there were no napkins, catsup, or fork included. If it is standard that you have to ask for condements and utensils please put up a sign informing your customers of that fact. I want to shop local but seriously....service like this makes me disgusted with Hallsville Dairy Queen. Oh yeah the bill was 30.70 for A salad, a four piece chicken strip basket, no drinks and 2 medium blizzards. That is expensive fast food!

One employee taking orders inside and the drive-thru, the other preparing and cooking. Cars 5 deep in drive-thru and another 8 people waiting on their food inside. Appears to be busy enough to need more people working. The drink machine wasn't mixing the fountain drinks properly. The Belt Buster I had was so greasy the bun on the bottom half was saturated...could've been better or worse

My gravy was old and looked gross. My burgers came out incorrectly. I wasn't given my receipt. And the employee seemed agitated and in a hurry even though the parking lot was empty and there was only a couple cars behind me.

Horrible, we waited 30 minutes in line with only two cars in front of us. then when we got home and prepared to eat, one of the burgers was made incorrectly and all of the curly fries on all 3 orders were burnt. This is too small of a town to get a bad name for bad service and poor food quality.

Well they were busy so I placed my order and was told to pull around to the front and my order would be brought to me. So I waited and waited saw another woman pull around and her order was brought to her immediately so I'm thinking did they give her my order. I saw workers walking around in there so decided to go in and check. The woman who had told me to pull around was chewing on food.I asked if my order was ready and there it was on the counter. .I don't know how long it had been there. I had been told it was beginning made fresh but it wasn't very fresh. I was offered a coupon for a blizzard but it would have melted before I would want it. OH also when did Dairy Queen change to limp Greasy fries. They used to be crispy on the outside fluffy on the insideI'm sorry you asked me but I was taught to tell the truth and after 80 years I'm not gonna lie.

The food was good as always but, one of the employees had a 18 month old baby running all over the dinning area and was climbing on the chairs with nobody watching they would come out every 2-3 minutes to make sure he was still there. I felt like a babysitter.

Was in at 8:30 tonight and will not be going back. I walked in and the cook was taking care of the front counter. He took care of the customer in front of me then he took my order. He was polite and professional until he went to the back a prepare the food without washing his hands or changing his gloves before handling the food. When I said something to him about it he said he did change his gloves which was a lie because I was watching him the whole time. This is not the first time this has happened (I saw it a couple of weeks ago with a different cook) but it will be the last time. I said something to the manager on duty the first time and it was corrected on the spot but since it happened again I can see that this is normal procedure for this location and I will not be returning.

Excellent service! It has been some time since we have received such great service at a fast food restaurant without the fast food feel. Every employee was so polite and eager to please! Now that we know how nice this establishment and it's employees are we will return! Great food, Super Clean, and Superb Service! Thank You Dairy Queen for the exemplar service!

Food was good and the gentleman that brought the food out to our truck was very polite. The drive through speaker is very quiet and with the traffic on highway 80 it is very difficult to hear. When we got to the window I said “I’m not sure if you’re aware but the speaker.....”. Before I could finish what I was saying she just looked at me and closed the drive through window in my face. Not sure what is happening there but this is not the service we are used to getting there. It will be a while before we return, hopefully the service will be better next time. In addition to this we were the only people in line and only had one order of a steak finger basket. We were asked to pull around to the other side of the building to wait on our order which only took a couple minutes. Very strange.

Our local DQ has very friendly staff members but it seems as though they are always losing them to the Whataburger down the street. I ordered The Dude, chicken fried steak sandwich which is always a favorite or mine. My daughter loves their chicken strips like most kids do.Hope they get their staff retention issues resolved. I enjoy seeing the same friendly faces every time I go in.
