This place went above and beyond to help me get a copy of a key made. It was an odd ball key so the blank wasn't easy to find. The employee who helped me spend the better part of 30 minutes searching and then cutting the key perfectly. I was impressed.

The place is nice and convenient. It’s a little more expensive than the big box hardware stores so I only go here when I need something small and do t feel like driving to Longview. The service is exceptional.

Great, hometown store. We used to get our Victor dog food off Chewy but found it at Buchanan's for a fraction of the price. Staff is friendly and helpful, typical for East Texas :)

I came in lookin for some polyurethane for a bench, and i was helped by Bobby. He explained the pros and cons of, water sealant and polyurethane, and was very knowledgeable. I also asked for a copy of 2 keys, and he made sure that he was, as he said, "sold" on the keys before he sold them to me. I am truly grateful for this awesome and Godly service! I will definitely keep coming back for more, and hope to see this place continue to thrive on the wholesome, small-town business model seen every visit I make!Thanks for such awesome service!

I got great service here. The item I needed I just asked directly to a salesperson what would be appropriate and he took me back to the different aisles we found what I needed. I went home installed the piece it was perfect and I was so excited that I got help and all in and out in 15 minutes.

Small town atmosphere with a large selection. I can easily stop by and pick up anything from a single stainless steel screw to a Lodge cast iron griddle or even a water hose. I would recommend Buchanan's to anyone. As soon as you enter they are asking how they can help and take you straight to what you want. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. Five star!

I want to say that i called around to feed and seed stores andcwas very dissapointed that i wasnt recieving any help. I had a infestation of chiggers after my landlord removed a bunch of landscaping bushes and i desporatly needed to be advised on how to treat my yard my house my pet and me. We were miserable. Then i found Buchanan's hardware store and decided to give them a call. The person on the line was so nice and was very knologable about the products that i needed to get our home back. When we got to their store i was greeted with the same kindness. With quick service we were in and out feeling fully satisified. I will not hesitate to return to them for my home and garden needs.
