Sonic is a good place to grab a bite. This particular location was not too bad. There were three things wrong. One it took longer than 15 minutes for me to get my food. Two this place was not packed because lunch rush was way over. Three the onion rings were burned and super hard. I could not finish them. Other than that the burger was fresh and the Mozzarella sticks were decent. All in all it was ok.

Lid was not secure on shake and spilled all over inside of my vehicle. Sever was very sweet. But I was very upset. This is not the first lids are not secure on drinks!!!

Went for breakfast today and was pleased with my breakfast sandwich... previous visit = The food here is almost always good. They do need help on game nights. They stop taking orders on the app 1 hour before closing. This particular Friday night they appeared to have only 2 car hops. Needless to say orders were taking very long, I ordered 2 milkshakes and it took 40 minutes. I wish young people these days were more motivated to get these part time jobs. They help the community and build character in the young people that learn the value of work. I came back again on 8.14.22. Faster experience, shake was delicious and carhop was polite and courteous.

First off. When you order from your phone, app or call. It should be ready or about ready when you get there specially if it's not busy. We ordered from app, waited the suggested time it should take. Got there. we hit the button to check on our food, cause it said "name" was coming 10mins after we got there but nothing came so we waited. (We actually hit the button 45 in) we gave them 35 mins before actually asking about our food. Got told she'll check on it but never updated us about it. So we just waited. Hungry. And tired cause of the long day. Definitely needs some managing.Edit: 4-6-24Happened again and the shake and slush float were melted when they brought it to me after waiting for an hour, and they forgot 2 drinks that they did get for me but still.

Update!! 4 months later-Again all i had was ice water and it's still a grease trap!! Guess I have to drive to Waco for ice...Absolutely awful!! And all I had was drinks... the ice tasted like a grease trap!! Stay away from this place. The last time we went there was almost a year ago and my husband got food poisoning. I thought drinks would be safe as I left town today... NOPE. Run from this place. It is disgusting

I ordered a small Chili cheese tator tot as I have done for years at various locations. They looked like someone had taken a teaspoon of cheese juice and chili juice and splashed it on. I could not see any actual cheese or meat on the tots. When the manager came out, he stated that they could make me a fresh set of tots but they would look the same because that was the serving size for cheese & Chilli, I wish I had taken a picture because I was apoled. I got a refund and went somewhere else for a snack. Service was polite and professional, but quality was herendous. I won't be back to this particular site.

I pressed the button and waited a good while before getting a response. I waited 38 minutes to get my order and my cup was pretty short of being full. As I waited, I figured I would observe to offer some solutions rather than only complaints. The staff seemed very overwhelmed. I saw one girl moving pretty quick to put the orders together. There were about 6 orders sitting on the trays waiting to be taken out for about 15-20 minutes. The carhops looked confused as to which orders went where as they kept looking at receipts then going back to the computer all while the food just sat there. There seemed to be lacking a sense of urgency from the carhops while outside. Maybe they could have further training on the computer and the process for orders coming out to help speed things up. My sandwich was really good, so no issues with the quality of food. I think the manager/asst manager could benefit from pulling a weekly report for traffic flow at specific times to schedule future carhops to accomodate the demand. The carhop was very polite, so overall I see much room for improvement but by far not my worst experience. I would say the biggest obstacle to address would be timing.

Everytime I stop here the order is uncorrect. Today I irdered a cheeseburger with mayo no mustard, ketchup or pickles add mayo, lettuce and tomato. Got so much mustard you couldn’t eat it had pickles and mustard only I threw it out. Had milk shakes they were completely melted and and it was a 80 day. I won’t wastemy time or money ever again. Whowever owns this either is clueless to what is going on here or just doesn't care. AVOID THIS PLACE!

They always mess the orders up somehow. Today they claimed they didn’t receive an order yet they were able to issue the refund. They always leave out at least 2 items from the order claiming they don’t have it. If I could rate 0 stars I would because a 1 star is too generous.

Most disgusting sonic I've ever been to yet. I ordered mozzarella sticks and there was an opened empty ranch that someone already used. Customer service was awful. Will never go back.

We were very disappointed with the food here as well as drinks. The food was cold and had a burnt taste. The drinks were... unexplainable. I am not sure what it tasted like but it was not coke. Maybe their mixture of syrup to carbonation was messed up... not sure.One other thing is we ordered their new bacon burger and I asked to have mayo instead of the advertised sauce. The girl informed us it only came with mayo, they did not have a special sauce, even though the sign they had said differently. So not sure there. It was okay for me but my husband wanted to try the sauce.We ended up throwing all of it away and stopped later down the road at a different town, different place.The only good thing was the ice. I love sonic ice!!

My granddaughter ordered a drink I had trouble even saying and they got it right. Food was hot and fresh. After many many unhappy trips to the one in Waco on valley Mills, it was nice to get good quality food from a friendly staff.

Horrible service! Ordered food and waited 20 minutes while other customers received their orders and drove away. When I finally did get my order, my burger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I sent it back & requested HOT food….25 minutes later & I’m STILL WAITING 🤬🤬‼️ I r already paid and the red button was deactivated 7 minutes ago with no response received as of now. If I could give ZERO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!! I finally had to GO INSIDE TO ASK TO SEE THE MANAGER! I told her what happened & she IMMEDIATELY blamed the servers stating “I make everything fresh so they’re just letting the food sit there.” When I informed her that was BS BECAUSE THE CHEESE WAS NEVER MELTED (TWICE), she began looking “into space” & mumbling. I asked for a refund because at that point it had been over an hour. She satiated she couldn’t because refunds had to be authorized by the manager & she was only an assistant manager. I demanded she get the manager on the phone & refund me. It took her an additional 30 minutes to bring me $12.32….🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered on the App and checked in right away. After about 10 minutes the screen didn’t show my order so I used the call button to let them know. I ordered a drink and Cinnasnacks and the Cinnasnacks were not cooked completely and doughy. It took 5 minutes to get someone to collect the Cinnasnacks and then had to cook more. Worst experience at a Sonic ever.

Their ice to drink ratio is horrible. Food is decent and the unsweetened tea is soured always at night only but not if you go during the day. The trash overflows and the parking lot and the inside floor can be filthy at times. The carhops are extremely polite.

We eat there a couple of times a week because of how great the service and food isEdit: we still eat here regularly but it's gone way down hill. Wait time now is 30 min to an hour. I get ice cream there for my kids most nights but might have to stop. I'll give an example we ordered 7 cones and usually they know to put them in cups when its that many but instead the person came out said o my bad didn't realize it was just you. He started handing me cones and as I'm trying to find places to set them he's laughing and just keeps handing them. So yeah sonic think its about time to step in on this franchise.September 3, 2021So today at 9 pm put in a pick up order for 9 shakes for the kiddos and there friends. arrived at 9:30 pm and was informed they had shut down there ice cream machine and would be refunded my money.1. you close at 11pm there is no reason for your ice cream machine to be closed before 10pm2. you're employees yet again lied (because believe me this isn't the first time this has happened) and I know they just didn't want to have to make 9 shakes because in fact the person in the other hop had just got ice cream taken to them.3. hope your cool with losing $60 and a customer who has had problems in the past with this location but for some reason keep returning is no longer going to give you my money.

Don’t really have a problem with the food , however I hate how all of the credit cards machines do not work. They really need an upgrade. It would really save a lot of time from the workers having to always go in and swipe my card. Just saying.

Would give this place 0 stars food was cold and not as advertised. Don’t order a DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER, your only getting (2) 1/8 pound Pattie’s the jr. patties on bun/toast which is bull! The service was rude and made me wait for my fries that was forgotten for ten minutes and this come out cold as well! The manager snatched the food from my hands and said she would have it remade and 30 minutes later I got my order

Your music is too loud. Barely can hear the person over the speaker. When I told her I couldn’t hear due to the blaring music, she said the manager told employees not to touch the music.To the manager: LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!Turn your music down.

Service is great! Servers try their best to ensure your satisfied with your order. Actual orders are skimpy.. Over several visits I've found that the chili cheese tots and fries are very slack on the chili and cheese. The Frito wraps are almost the same size as the Jr's (very disappointing). Bought 3 Jr's (same costs) got over twice the amount of food. Problem appears to be management cutting IMPORTANT corners to maximize numbers favorable to the restaurant while the customer suffers. The servers are sent out with explanations rather than management making any attempt to satisfy the consumer!. Very disappointed with this location of the 6 or 7 that I frequently visit.
