Very helpful and sincere folks working here. More than honest in what products and services can be done here. Moved to Greenville a month or two ago from Dallas and this location had been superb in recommendations for lawn care, power tools, and home goods for me, a first time home buyer. Made returns and exchanges easy with no over promising and under delivering, commonly seen in a corporate structure. I feel more at home knowing this store will support me and my wife with our future home projects here in Greenville. Thanks again to management and sales associates for complete honesty and unbiased recommendations.

He trying to humiliate me when I was trying to return the trailer when i ask if he was going to charge me for all day for today because it was late and if was going to charge me for today then I use it today too. But all he was saying was you’re keeping my trailer but I never deny pay. I had my credit card in my hand to pay. But he was accuse me of not going to pay. He was the manager and everyone else was nice.

DO NOT DO SAME DAY DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. paid the $70 for same day. NEVER got the order which put me in a bind. Called and Rhonda was very rude. They use another company but don’t want to deal with anything when things go wrong. Awful customer service. Used Royse city and no problems at all, were VERY apologetic over something they didn’t do and made it right. Won’t use Greenville store anymore that’s for sure

Nicest and newest store in the area, with the worst customer service. Employees act like they don’t want to work, just get paid for standing around. I called to have them save for me the last bag of chicken feed they had. When I showed up and asked for it, no one knew where it was. Their excuse, including the manager on duty, “we’re a different shift!” So, no competent communication within the store at all. I was told by the manager, go look on the shelf, I’m sure that’s where it is. I explained it was the last bag they had in stock. It was unlikely to still be on the shelf. She never offered to help me find it and never offered to search the stockroom in the back. I had to go in the stockroom and find it. Ridiculous customer service and horrible management. If you want to shop a good TSC store, go to Princeton. They go above and beyond to help their customers and to make them happy. I just wish they still carried the kind of feed we use. I’ll never give the Greenville store another penny!

Be careful if you order online and have them deliver your stuff. They showed up and busted a $65 bag of dog food all over my driveway and the driver left it there . I called the store for the manager to tell me that it was my responsibility to call the driver and get a new one ! After about 8 hours and 3 phone calls later I finally got a gentleman on the phone and he made it happen . I would absolutely never order from them again .

When I entered I was greeted by two employees. They asked if I needed help, which I did. They walked me to the area and answered all my questions. They were more than helpful and certainly look forward to shopping there again!

Man be careful if you order anything online, you have like 36 hours to pick it up or they will cancel your order and there are fees. Called to talk to a manager and got "nothing I can do, computer just does that..." So much for human interaction and service anymore. Guess I'll be doing more shopping at Atwoods.

This is where we usually get all the things for our pets. They have really good cat and dog food, dog toys, and comfy beds. We dont have birds or horses, but they have a good selection of care, food, and tools to take care of them. One time we went, we saw duckies :D You can also buy large packs of water from here for a good price. They have cute stuffed animals for kids as well. The employees are always super friendly and helpful!!

Horrible customer service. Called them to ask about propane getting filled, they said yes we are doing it until 4PM , come all the way up here with the tank and I walk in and they tell me to goto the propane station and once I walk all the way over there THEY FINALLY tell me they can’t do it because there’s a leak, thank you for wasting my time, gas, and effort lmao. Horrible.

I joined the Greenville community in late 2020 and since then I have had four letters of puppies and became the steward of a 16 acre piece of land. I have kept a total of seven dogs ranging from age five to four months. Tractor supply company has been a vital part of keeping those dogs healthy, and this particular location has a staff that goes above and beyond and has proven themselves knowledgeable on war than one occasion. Highly recommend

I want to meet Amy, she sounds awesome, helpful, and witty. I like this store and everyone in it. They don't walk around bothering customers. TS customers of Greenville are intelligent and will ask for help if they need it. I like this store souch I'm gonna try to get a job here

This is a great TS location. Always well stocked for our livestock needs, cute farmhouse style decor, really anything you can think of, they carry it. Also my daughter loves the amount of Schleich toy horses they carry. She says they have all of the ones that are hard to find! 😆

The Greenville Texas store is the most unfriendly TSC. I was there today for a specific item. I walked around the store and passed by four different employees. None of the employees greeted me. I managed aTSC store from 1977 to 1989. Every person was greeted in my store. Bought a wood stove from Princeton Texas store. Opened week later front door warped and a cheap lock. Taking it back!

Tried to get propane filled on a Thursday afternoon. Girl at the register said the person responsible for that already left for the day. How am I supposed to get propane filled if their employee leaves before most banks close??? Poor management, that’s how!

After calling to verify stock and showing up and not having the stock (sup Chad??!!) your employee Max made it right and saved the day. I was about to lose my mind.Max has amazing customer relations skills, took accountability and made it right. I hope his corporate office sees this. It’s not just the price on the tiller I did receive - it’s how Max handled the situation he did not create. Bravo!

We love this store. Basically, it's a one stop shop for all things farm related and beyond. Not only do they sell farming supplies, but clothing, candy, home goods, hardware, toys and things for animals such as food, antibiotics, shots, toys, and beds. Sometimes they have chicks and bunnies too. The list really goes on and on. If you have a farm, they have a farmer discount. It's an excellent store. The folks that work there are kind and helpful. A+

They seemed in the past to not care about customers now and won't go the extra mileBut they have upped their game !!!This is my go to place now for farm and ranch if the coop doesn't have it .Friendly and caring .The guys who load are sometimes new and apathetic but the ones who know give good leadership and are always ready to help do it right !!Yes come here .Most are friendly and try to help but yes some still don't seem to know their stock. I may always have to find what I am looking for myself ....but I have found great help recently for outside items .inside , I still find them . ,.new young employees may sometimes be bored and tired, as in many stores today , but they are really trying and have much better managers now !.So glad they have upped their customer service game , and we can have an Atwoods alternative , with a more consistently friendly and helpful farm and ranch store hereDon't go to Royce City , they are the complete opposite.Greenville is the place to shop ..

So i call to get some cattle pannels. Caleb say yes we havw plenty of green label panels 20.99. Drive 30 minutes, get some feed and 10 panels. Get it all loaded and look at the receipts and the charger 25.99..employee says 20.99. Label say on panel says 24.99. They charged 25.99. Thanks for wasting my time.

Ever since the relocation to the new store the feed inventory is slim to none. The standard answer is “we have a truck coming in today”. I’m gonna have to find a more reliable source cuz the Animals don’t care; they just want food.

Love this store. Living in a rural area, you can't do without it. Cheaper than home depot on fencing, hard to beat. Everything from automatic gates, to feed, to boots, work clothes, dog food and large animal medicine, to even cute country items for your house. I'd call it an old school, modern day, general store!
