We have been weary of using a big chain for grooming and have always used a mobile groomer, but Rebecca was AMAZING with our 11 mo old Standard Poodle, Gypsy, today. We watched the last 15 min of the groom and were super impressed. Gypsy is a bit of a monster to even brush at home let alone deshed and was a mess when we dropped her off, and Rebecca was all professional and caring at the same time. We will be booking our other Poodle and our Aussie very soon!! Would give her 10 stars!

The ladies there are amazing. So nice and my dog doesn’t seem stressed when going in or after I have picked him up. Rebecca has done both his visits and she is amazing.

Horrible experience. I dropped off my dog at noon. Called at 4:15 when I still hadn’t heard from them. I had to call 3 times before someone answered. They said they were just finishing up and he would be ready by 5. I got there at 5 they were just then cutting his hair. When I questioned why so long they told me they had big dogs today? So I guess they groomed all the big dogs and left the little ones sit there all day. I was then told that since I was upset about the 5 1/2 hours that they would only do a quick groom from now on. No worries, we won’t be back.

My dog is a rescue and has always been nervous in new settings. The staff was extremely patient and gentle with him. His grooming was great. When I brought him in he was very dirty after playing in the mud, he looked amazing after his bath and brush out

JASON would get a five star. He was terrific and my puppers loved him. He helped me when I got there by greeting and distracting my dog while I got the paperwork in order. These actions were in stark contrast when I first arrived, and the groomer didn’t offer to help me with my dog or hold his leash while I tried to log into the system to get his shot records, and my dog got bored and began wondering and almost urinated on merchandise.

The lady did a great job. However, my dog was to be ready in 1 1/2 hours. 2 1/2 hours later I called. My dog had been ready on time but they hadn't called. My dog was in a cage, anxious and wondering what was going on and they couldn't call.
