$173 for my golden doodle to be shaved is RIDICULOUS. I was charged an extra $40 for matting when all they did was completely shave her. Never again! I’ll go to Earthwise for $85 even though it’s farther from my house. I don’t even spend $173 on my own hair!!!!

Showed up close to closing time after getting off a 10+ hour international flight and our dog NEEDED a bath before the next leg of our journey, they were graciously willing to reopen the diy dog wash station so we could quickly wash him up! Great price, quality customer service! Highly recommend and would refer anyone looking for sure.

Everywhere in her town, I cannot buy the food that my dog eats because of her allergies. I went online and found this company that said that they had it. It's $70 a bag almost and I ordered four bags to be safe. Thrilled that I finally found somebody that carried it. I then received a call back that they are just a "Front" the store and they then have to place the order with their warehouse. Once again, they have none of my dog's food. Disappointed to have the order go through and think everything was going to be fine, and then get a phone call that it was not available. They need to update their website so that it is correct with their warehouse.

Decided on a whim to take our new poodle mix rescue to check it out and get a bath. Wow! Such nice folks and helpful!! The groomer took the time to show me what brushes to use for poodle hair, how to brush and check ears before bath, and how to use all the equipment. It was so easy and dog looks amazing! I highly recommend!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. The owner, Jennifer Williams is truly a special lady. I have spoken to her various times since she opened and she has always offered great advice. Most recently, I went to her store to find the best food and supplements I could for my dog Willow who was diagnosed with terminal nasal cancer. Not only did Jennifer give me great advice for both Willow’s current state and her potential state in the future, she truly cared. This has been such heartbreaking news for our family. Our sweet girl is much too young to be battling such an awful disease. But even in this troubling time people like Jennifer remind you that there is good in the world. I brought Willow back for a bath and Jennifer even stepped in to give her a good scrub down, lots of love and extra treats. My gratitude cannot be expressed but thank you.

I would think very hard before using this company. I see mostly good reviews and I can only guess that these are people that received their goods undamaged. If for any reason your item comes damaged, do not expect a refund or return. I received a box of biscuits with all but a few intact. I called and explained the condition of the item. I was told by the man that answered to send an email as he needed it in writing. I had requested a return label and of course a refund. After resending the request 3x I called my CC company and disputed the charge. I was not charged for the item only do to my CC co. I’m holding what it should look like.

I took my dog here for a wash. It was clean and very convienient. It was only $10.00 to wash my pup. I will be back soon! They do provide soap but you may want to bring some of your own.

Very friendly staff. The self bathing station for the dogs is clean and they provide everything you need. The only downside is there isn't a place to hold other dogs if u are attempting to bathe more than one. Other places have kennels for holding so it prevents multiple trips or chaos for one person. I browsed the products and they are about the same as other places like this.

Took my puppy for a nail trim, and they were the must friendly people. Very helpful and care for my dog. They not only have grooming services, they have a great little Dogie store. Support small & local businesses and shop here.

Ordered food for our pets and stated they that had ample supply. Received an email two days later that they did not have enough stock to fulfill the order. They were already charging a premium for the food - somewhat surprised they had no control over inventory.

They need to update their location! Drove 30mins to find out they were closed then drove 15min to the “new location” that was in a industrial area and still couldn’t find the pet shop.

Was excited to come try the self-service bath station, only to find that it must’ve been a slow day, because the lady showing us where things are actually gave our dog a bath. That’s great...if that’s a service you’re seeking. It’s not what we expected. Better luck next time, perhaps?
