I went there to get gas, so, no big deal. I gave it a 4 because the first pump I went to did not pump. I canceled and moved over to next pump. Otherwise, the price is competitive and the area is clean.

Very nice store for a small town. Has a nice selection of groceries. They don't carry everything you find in a larger grocery store but enough to make you happy.

Terrible place to work. I hated it. The manager and brookshire brothers expect you not to have more than three people in line and berate you if you do… You call for back up but the manager and her favorite employees are eating in the back and ignore you. Worst place ever.

One lady in the kitchen is always upset. Everytime I’ve gone to get food from there she’s always mad. Manager isn’t great either. Don’t go work for this Brookshires either, you’ll hate it.

I ordered a lunch plate at noon on 3/7. There was a short line, but the wait was only a few minutes. I got the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and green beans with corn bread. Everything was delicious. The cornbread was especially scrumptious. It was sweet with a crispy outside and a soft and moist inside. Delightful quick lunch for an affordable price. Very pleased.

In this store around 5:15 Wednesday afternoon. Ask for something out of the deli and the young lady working in the deli acted as if it made her mad because I asked for peach cobbler, then after I ordered she turned her back on me and began talking to a co-worker. That’s when I left. Terrible service.

Have never had a bad experience here. Staff is always friendly and helpful, clean store all around. I only get ice from here. Absolutely love their ice! Deli section is a hit or miss. I have noticed their prices have slowly creeped up tho. Pharmacy staff are super friendly but medicine prices are twice what I pay at walgreens or heb for my regular meds. not the staff's fault tho.

Love this local grocery store and the pharmacy partners are the best. Friendly staff and very helpful! Love meat market! Quality Meats and great cuts. Trevor is a great asset to the store on the welcoming and front end! He brings cheer and individuality to the checkout line. Does really well Scooby-Doo impressions as well! The store is and has always been very clean.

The inside was very clean and well remodeled and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful but the prices are alittle high because they consider it a gas station that has a small grocer. It's worth the drive to HEB because of the prices but it's often good and convenient to utilize for a few items just to save time.

This store is exceptional when it comes to customer service. The deli always has fresh goodies waiting to be purchased and there is always a smiling face willing to help with any needs I may have. Jennifer, the manager of the Deli has always gone above and beyond for my family. Brookshires Brothers Express gets 5 stars.

Reasonable price and great service! Lots of beautiful animals to see and the incredible watering hole made the entire experience. It was the perfect teaching moment for my 4 year old to see all the difference species of animals coming together and peacefully drinking from the same place!

We picked up some things from the deli and there were 4 people in line (counting us) at the checkout. The cashier totally freaked out and told us to go to the other register and wait for a relief cashier to come. It took a good 5 minutes for that to happen and in the meantime all her customers were checked out and gone. But she made sure to tell us someone would come to help us. How stupid is that?!

My least favorite place to shop in this area! I don't buy meat anymore because it has been bad almost everytime I buy any! They NEVER have two lanes open! And even if they open another one, they'll help one customer, then go about there business! And it's TERRIBLY overpriced for the quality and quantity of items they sell! It's worth it to make the drive to Crockett or Palestine to shop there! I ONLY shop there occasionally, if I don't have time to drive all the way to another town!

It was a good experience. In a new store I've never been to yet since its been there. It has alto of fresh salads and it is alto smaller than ours in Crockett but it was very clear and the employees. Were very friendly too.👍👍👍

The manager Jennifer does not know how to manage. She publicly belittles employees for mistakes they didn't make. The employees gossip about each other and back bite each other. This is the main reason for their huge turnover at this store # 112. This is not a professional place for any employee to work and most quit within a few months. They have already lost several good employees because of poor leadership in this manager. I have not worked for broookshires but rather have simply been observing as a customer. This Jennifer should be fired and a manager with some leadership skills should replace her. Turn over would be dramatically reduced. Their produce rots in a single day from the time you buy it. This manager is rude when customers continually ask for a certain products they are constantly running out of and all of their products are double the price of what the same product sells for at the local Walmart. All in all, I would say that going to Walmart would be a better alternative to shopping here.

Great neighborhood pit stop. Local friends staff it and it is fully stocked with my needs so far. It is so good to have a place nearby instead of 20 miles (1 way).

If you’re okay with NO ONE wearing masks (including employees) and the cashier having a coughing attack (without a mask) then this is the place for you! Personally, we were appalled and disgusted.
